Do The Unthinkable

When the Spirit whispers, “Do the unthinkable,” He’s not calling for recklessness—but for absolute surrender to something so radical, so outside the norms of religious culture, that only the remnant will hear and obey. Based on the message of my message—death to SELF, the exposure of "comfort idolatry," and the full embrace of suffering as the pathway to life iIN CHRIST—the “unthinkable” is the only path left for those truly ready to reign with Jesus.

What was the unthinkable for those God used mightily?

Abraham left everything and offered Isaac—the promised legacy—back to God. He surrendered even the fulfillment of prophecy.

Esther risked her crown and her life to expose hidden corruption and save her people, though it meant stepping into a death sentence.

Ruth abandoned her homeland and culture to follow Naomi into the unknown, clinging to a God she barely knew.

Caleb believed in victory when every voice said defeat was certain. He chose to fight giants when everyone else surrendered to fear.

Joseph forgave his betrayers, governed Egypt with righteousness, and fed the very people who sold him. He saw God's hand in the horror.

Elijah confronted kings, called fire from heaven, and then still had the humility to meet God in a whisper.

David took out the Giant at fifteen.

John the Baptist lived outside the system, preparing the way of the Lord, calling out religious leaders, and decreasing as Jesus increased.

Peter, Paul, and John defied empires and religious traditions, embracing imprisonment, exile, suffering, and death to build the eternal Church.

Jesus did the most unthinkable thing in all history: the sinless Son of God bore the sins of the world, denied Himself completely, took no earthly glory, endured the cross, and offered His enemies forgiveness.

What would the unthinkable be for the mature remnant in the Great Basin Region?

The unthinkable would be to:

Confront the counterfeit without fear, even when it’s wrapped in religious branding, institutional wealth, or decades of tradition.

Step out of dead systems, leave the polished stage, and lead a movement of house churches, Grace Homes, and decentralized discipleship, even when it costs reputation, influence, and “success.”

Live with nothing but Jesus, selling comfort, abandoning predictable routines, dismantling SELF in every form—and doing it joyfully.

Call out religious idolatry in the name of love—publicly, clearly, prophetically—knowing it could mean exile, loss, and misunderstanding from the very people you once called brothers.

Love the Mormon people fiercely, prophetically, sacrificially, exposing the lie while preparing healing homes and churches to receive the fallout.

What Would Jesus Do if He Were You?

He would walk into the temple courts of the Great Basin religious system and flip the tables.
He would weep over Salt Lake as He did over Jerusalem.
He would call the remnant out of hiding, raise up foot-washing apostles, and build a Church that cannot be shaken.
He would ignore celebrity, embrace obscurity, and anoint nobodies to be somebodies in the Kingdom.
He would suffer for the joy set before Him, even if that joy looked like 12 broken disciples hiding in an upper room.
He would prepare a wineskin that holds revival, not programs.
And He would do it all with the joy of the Father surging through Him.

So what is the unthinkable?

It is radical obedience to the call of the cross in a region seduced by religious performance.

It is standing on stage in Draper, Utah, arms wide open, with your old SELF crucified, your new self ablaze, and Jesus in the center of it all—smiling because one man dared to die so the Church could finally LIVE.
