SO LET HIM BUILD!
The Architect of All Things
Can you even begin to fathom it? Before galaxies spun in their cosmic dances, before humanity's first breath, God had a meticulous, detailed, perfect plan. Every atom, every breath, every heartbeat was intricately mapped out by His divine, sovereign intention by Grace working through love.
"He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together." Colossians 1:17
Now imagine this: you're a blind student driver. Yes, spiritually blind. I confess I am always trying to steer my own life through trials, tribulations, and abundant wealth with a fierce independence that has left me wrecked on the roadside more times than I can count. Enter King Jesus, my “seeing” Driving Instructor, Architect, Entrepreneur, Savior, Builder, and the Light of the World. He sees everything clearly, owns every road, and crafted every pathway, and if I trust Him enough to surrender the wheel, He leads me perfectly.
Now, to those uniquely called, anointed, and entrusted with the stewardship of extraordinary wealth in or for the Great Basin Region, this message isn't merely for casual contemplation—it's a divine summons. You've been entrusted, not to accumulate, but to distribute, not to hold tightly, but to release radically.
Can you imagine the seismic shift if every Great Basin steward of Kingdom wealth laid it at the feet of Jesus in unified obedience? The blind eyes of poverty, loneliness, abuse, neglect, and despair would witness the radical generosity and abundant love of God manifested tangibly. The Kingdom would erupt in a revival that could rewrite the destiny of generations. Instead of mere revival–REVOLUTION!
"To whom much is given, much is required." Luke 12:48
The First Battle - UNSEEN Realm
In the “spiritual world,” or the “unseen realm”—a reality more authentic and tangible than our visible earthly existence—a fierce spiritual battle rages. The Bible vividly describes the beginning of this ongoing raging battle in Genesis 6 and Psalm 82, introducing the concept of the “Divine Council,” the heavenly host, and a spiritual conflict that influences human history profoundly.
“God takes His stand in His own congregation; He judges in the midst of the rulers.” Psalm 82:1
This supernatural domain isn't just a theological concept; it's the battleground where the forces of darkness oppose the Kingdom of Light–Heaven. Satan, once a powerful heavenly being (5th Dimension), rebelled against God, jealous and prideful, unwilling to serve humanity—God’s beloved creation. Revelation 12:7-9 describes this cosmic conflict:
“And there was war in heaven, Michael and his angels waging war with the dragon. The dragon and his angels waged war, and they were not strong enough... And the great dragon was thrown down...” Revelation 12:7-9
In our earthly journey, this unseen battle continues to manifest in our daily experiences. The Apostle Paul explicitly warns believers:
“For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.” Ephesians 6:12
Imagine being a Blind Student Tank Driver, attempting to navigate this unseen battlefield in a tank without clear vision. Without the instruction and guidance from King Jesus, our Teacher, Tank Driving Instructor, and King, we inevitably crash—confused, vulnerable, and easily deceived. Yet, with Jesus beside us, guiding every movement, we navigate victoriously, fully protected by His authority and wisdom.
Today, believers—particularly those in the Great Basin Region—face profound challenges rooted deeply in spiritual conflict, influenced by these unseen forces. The battle primarily revolves around idolatry and mammon, satan seducing humanity with the lust of the flesh, pride, and materialism. Satan’s deception leverages these vulnerabilities, distracting people in the Great Basin from fully embracing the truth IN CHRIST.
“You adulteresses, do you not know that friendship with the world is hostility toward God? Therefore whoever wishes to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God.” James 4:4
However, our victory is secure because of King Jesus, who reigns supreme from His Throne of Grace in the “Fifth Dimension,” the “heavenly realm.” We rest securely under His divine protection, covered by His promises:
“He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty.” Psalm 91:1
King Jesus has decisively defeated the powers of darkness through His finished work on the cross, giving us all total victory. Only BELIEVERS RECEIVE the benefits of the victory. Our call is not to engage in combat by our strength, but to confidently abide IN CHRIST, appropriating the authority and victory He has provided.
“When He had disarmed the rulers and authorities, He made a public display of them, having triumphed over them through Him.” Colossians 2:15
Therefore, Giant Slayers, Pioneers, and Legacy Builders—recognize your true enemy and realize that your authority comes directly from Jesus Himself. Through humility, prayer, and absolute dependence upon Christ, as His Ambassador, you effectively stand against spiritual wickedness, shining His light into darkness, reclaiming the land and hearts for God's Kingdom.
Our challenge today is clear: to live fully aware of the unseen battle, yet completely confident in Jesus' victory. Stand boldly, rest completely, and trust deeply in Him, our reigning King.
“But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.” 1 Corinthians 15:57
Spiritual Warfare in the UNSEEN Realm
The unseen realm is not only real, it is the epicenter of profound spiritual warfare described above. This warfare is rooted in rebellion and jealousy that began in the heavenly places way before humanity came on the scene. Satan rebelled against God because of his jealousy and hatred of man.
“How you have fallen from heaven, O star of the morning, son of the dawn! You have been cut down to the earth... You said in your heart, ‘I will ascend to heaven; I will raise my throne above the stars of God...’ Nevertheless, you will be thrust down to Sheol, to the recesses of the pit.” Isaiah 14:12-15
The primary weapons in this supernatural warfare are not physical; instead, they are spiritual—centered around destroying the weapons of satan: lust of the flesh, pride, sexual immorality, idolatry, and mammon. The enemy’s tactics exploit humanity's vulnerability to self, enticing us toward self-reliance, self-satisfaction, self-promotion, and self-worship. The Apostle John cautions us:
“For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh and the lust of the eyes and the boastful pride of life, is not from the Father, but is from the world.” 1 John 2:16
Much like a Blind Student Driver attempting to drive without clear vision, humans navigating this spiritual conflict without Christ inevitably crash, confused and ensnared by deception. But when we acknowledge and confess King Jesus as our only trusted and faithful Instructor, with full faith and trust in His guidance, our eyes are opened to the realities of spiritual warfare, enabling us to move confidently through life.
Today, spiritual warfare manifests through any form of self-ambition, cultural battles, broken families, corrupt institutions, and pervasive materialism, especially evident in the Great Basin Region. Believe and receive. Believe HE IS FAITHFUL and RECEIVE HIS FAITHFULNESS. Yet our victory in this spiritual war has already been assured through Christ's triumph:
“Submit therefore to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.” James 4:7
Believers are not called to engage in this warfare by relying on their strength. Instead, we are commanded to rest securely in the finished work of Christ, confidently claiming the victory already secured on our behalf:
“Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might. Put on the full armor of God, so that you will be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil.” Ephesians 6:10-11
True spiritual warfare is about abiding in Christ, trusting His protection, and appropriating His victory by grace. Our task is not frantic combat but restful confidence in His sovereignty and power:
“The LORD will fight for you while you keep silent.” Exodus 14:14
The Great Basin Region urgently needs Giant Slayers, Pioneers, and Legacy Builders to recognize the real nature of spiritual warfare and to embrace a posture of humility, prayer, and dependence upon King Jesus. Only then will we experience profound victory, transformation, and renewal across communities and families.
Beloved, let us choose to live daily in the victory that Christ secured on our behalf, confidently abiding in His protective presence and moving forward under His sovereign direction.
“But in all these things we overwhelmingly conquer through Him who loved us.” Romans 8:37
Babylon vs. Jesus – The Real Kingdom
Babylon represents the kingdom built by human effort, driven by self-centered ambition, self-confidence, and self-promotion. Historically and spiritually, Babylon embodies humanity's rebellion against God's sovereign rule, emphasizing man's wisdom, strength, and abilities apart from divine grace. The Bible describes the spirit behind Babylon clearly:
“They said, ‘Come, let us build for ourselves a city, and a tower whose top will reach into heaven, and let us make for ourselves a name...’” Genesis 11:4
Contrasting with Babylon, the Kingdom Jesus rules is established upon humility, righteousness, wisdom, mercy, love, and complete dependence on God. Unlike Babylon, Jesus' Kingdom is not built by human hands or sustained by human effort but by divine provision and supernatural grace:
“My kingdom is not of this world. If My kingdom were of this world, then My servants would be fighting... but as it is, My kingdom is not of this realm.” John 18:36
Babylon promotes idolatry, mammon, and materialism—constructing a deceptive illusion of strength, security, and prosperity. In contrast, King Jesus calls us to reject these false idols, challenging us to surrender completely, trusting in His provision and sovereignty:
“No servant can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be devoted to one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and wealth.” Luke 16:13
Much like the Blind Student Driver who attempts to navigate without his instructor, Jesus’ clear vision, humanity following Babylon’s path inevitably crashes—trapped by the illusion of self-sufficiency and self-effort. Babylon's promises always fail, leaving behind emptiness and ruin:
“There is a way which seems right to a man, but its end is the way of death.” Proverbs 14:12
Jesus' Kingdom, however, is rooted firmly in eternal truth, divine abundance, and perfect love. Unlike Babylon’s deceptive façade and fear of scarcity, Christ’s Kingdom provides authentic peace, joy, and fulfillment—secured through grace, not human striving:
“The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly.” John 10:10
Today, especially in the Great Basin Region, believers must decisively reject Babylon's seductive lies and embrace the Kingdom of Christ. There will be NO MIXTURE. By abiding in Christ’s Kingdom, we experience true power, provision, and eternal security:
“But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.” Matthew 6:33
Jesus decisively defeats Babylon’s deception through His perfect humility, radical generosity, and absolute obedience to the Father. Believers are called to follow His example, dismantling the strongholds of idolatry, mammon, and self-reliance by fully surrendering to King Jesus:
“For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh, for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but divinely powerful for the destruction of fortresses.” 2 Corinthians 10:3-4
Ultimately, Jesus’ Kingdom remains eternally victorious, supremely powerful, and absolutely trustworthy—completely eclipsing Babylon’s fleeting facade. It’s time for God’s Giant Slayers, Pioneers, and Legacy Builders in the Great Basin Region to courageously abandon Babylon’s failed promises and embrace Christ’s eternal truth, building a legacy that honors God alone.
“The kingdoms of the world have become the kingdom of our Lord and of His Christ; and He will reign forever and ever.” Revelation 11:15
The Battle and the Blueprint
This is no ordinary call. This is spiritual warfare in the unseen realm, as real as the air we breathe and far more consequential than we often acknowledge. Behind the scenes, a fierce battle rages for our loyalty, trust, and devotion—SELF vs. JESUS, Babylon vs. the Kingdom, Mammon vs. God.
It’s time we exposed the truth: Satan thrives on creating tension, confusion, and distrust. Like he deceived Eve into doubting God's absolute goodness, he tempts us to withhold resources, cling to idols, and trust in the deceitfulness of wealth rather than in the living God.
"No one can serve two masters… You cannot serve God and wealth." Matthew 6:24
Every day, we face the same scenario Adam faced—do we run to Jesus in absolute trust or hide behind the fig leaves of self-protection and self-promotion? Jesus, the Second Adam, faced the fiercest battle and chose unwavering trust in the Father's absolute goodness. Unlike Adam, Jesus willingly suffered, endured the cross, and defeated the serpent’s schemes, forever opening the Throne Room of Grace for us to confidently receive mercy and grace in our time of need, which is every minute of every day.
To those in the Great Basin Region specifically appointed by God to steward tremendous wealth, ask yourselves honestly: Whose plan do you trust most? Whose wisdom, power, and solutions do you rely upon? Are you content to merely own and accumulate, or will you steward and radically distribute what belongs entirely to Jesus?
The Kingdom of Jesus is radically different from the Babylonian system of self-effort, self-promotion, and self-confidence. Jesus, the original Entrepreneur and Architect, built His entire ministry without a single building, headquarters, or fundraising campaign.
Jesus taught from small boats, fed thousands on hillsides, and turned living rooms into sanctuaries. His method was simplicity, humility, and radical generosity—His message, absolute trust in the Father's goodness and provision.
What would happen in the Great Basin Region if God's Kingdom wealth stewards united in prayer, seeking only Jesus, and acted courageously on His precise instructions? Imagine the immediate, tangible impact—children healed, families restored, poverty eradicated, and communities revitalized. The entire region would visibly reflect the Kingdom of Heaven.
Suffering – The Choice Between SELF and Jesus
Every human experiences suffering—it's unavoidable. The pivotal difference lies in how we choose to face suffering: through reliance on SELF or trust in Jesus. The SELF worldview sees suffering as an unfair interruption, something to avoid or endure through human wisdom, strength, and resilience alone. The prophet Isaiah starkly contrasts human reliance with trusting God:
“For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways and My thoughts than your thoughts.” Isaiah 55:9
SELF promotes pride, self-sufficiency, and personal control—each inherently limited and unreliable. In contrast, Jesus exemplified humility, submission, and absolute trust in the Father, even amid intense suffering:
“And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross.” Philippians 2:8
Imagine again our Blind Student Driver attempting to navigate life's painful and difficult paths alone. Inevitably, without the clear vision provided by Jesus, crashes are frequent, leaving wounds unhealed and sufferings unresolved. Yet, with Jesus—the ultimate Driving Instructor and faithful Shepherd—guiding every step, we find clarity, comfort, and strength through every trial:
“The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not want. Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I fear no evil, for You are with me...” Psalm 23:1, 4
Self-centered living ultimately proves foolish, precisely because it relies on human limitations, providing temporary relief at best and leading to spiritual and emotional destruction at worst:
“There is a way which seems right to a man, but its end is the way of death.” Proverbs 16:25
Conversely, trusting in Jesus during times of suffering connects us to His Divine Grace, supernatural comfort, and transformative strength. Jesus himself reassures us:
“These things I have spoken to you, so that in Me you may have peace. In the world you have tribulation, but take courage; I have overcome the world.” John 16:33
Choosing Jesus over SELF is profoundly practical. Who is more dependable—SELF, limited and frequently deceived, or Jesus, eternally faithful and infinitely wise? Who loves us perfectly, understanding our deepest needs? The answer is clear:
“Trust in the LORD with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight.” Proverbs 3:5-6
Today, the people of the Great Basin Region must make this critical choice. Suffering will occur, but whom will we trust? Giant Slayers, Pioneers, and Legacy Builders must decisively choose Jesus, abandoning self-reliance.
Only through Jesus' strength, wisdom, and grace can we navigate life's trials victoriously, building a lasting spiritual legacy rooted deeply in divine truth and eternal comfort.
“Therefore we do not lose heart, but though our outer man is decaying, yet our inner man is being renewed day by day. For momentary, light affliction is producing for us an eternal weight of glory far beyond all comparison.” 2 Corinthians 4:16-17
Abiding in Christ – The Path to True Life
The Bible powerfully instructs believers to abide in Christ, emphasizing our need for a continual, intimate connection with Him. To abide in Christ means to dwell securely in His presence, fully dependent upon His provision, power, and wisdom rather than our own limited SELF:
“Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself unless it abides in the vine, so neither can you unless you abide in Me.” John 15:4
In stark contrast, reliance on SELF leads to disconnection from the life-giving source, leaving us spiritually barren, frustrated, and exhausted. SELF deceives us into believing we are capable without Jesus, but the reality is clear:
“I am the vine, you are the branches; he who abides in Me and I in him, he bears much fruit, for apart from Me you can do nothing.” John 15:5
Consider again the Blind Student Driver. Navigating life's complexities without Jesus—our wise Instructor—results in continual confusion and failure. Yet, when abiding in Jesus, every decision and movement becomes purposeful, guided by His perfect wisdom and sovereign will.
To follow SELF rather than Jesus means abandoning eternal truth and embracing fleeting and deceptive illusions. The cost is severe—loss of spiritual vitality, peace, and true effectiveness:
“For whoever wishes to save his life will lose it; but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it.” Matthew 16:25
Jesus invites us into a life characterized by His divine peace, joy, and fruitfulness, available only by abiding in Him. Abiding means living by faith, surrendering daily, moment by moment, acknowledging our absolute need for His sustaining presence:
“I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me.” Galatians 2:20
In the Great Basin Region, believers must decisively reject the illusion of self-sufficiency, understanding that true life, spiritual growth, and genuine fruitfulness only flow through abiding in Christ. Giant Slayers, Pioneers, and Legacy Builders are called to model this profound dependence and constant connection, influencing entire communities through their unwavering reliance on Jesus.
“He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say to the LORD, ‘My refuge and my fortress, My God, in whom I trust!’” Psalm 91:1-2
The call today is clear—embrace the wisdom and safety of abiding in Christ, rejecting the deceptive promises of SELF. Only then can we experience the transformative power and enduring legacy that come exclusively from remaining intimately connected to King Jesus.
“Therefore as you have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him, having been firmly rooted and now being built up in Him and established in your faith...” Colossians 2:6-7
Adam, Eve, and the Crucial Choice – SELF vs. Jesus
In Genesis, the serpent's temptation in Eden presented Adam with a profound dilemma, causing a tension that resonates deeply throughout humanity’s story. Eve's decision to eat the forbidden fruit placed Adam at a crucial crossroads—would he trust God’s goodness and mercy, or would he rely on SELF and his own reasoning? The critical moment is captured vividly:
“When the woman saw that the tree was good for food...she took from its fruit and ate; and she gave also to her husband with her, and he ate.” Genesis 3:6
This decision marked humanity’s tragic reliance on SELF rather than on God's merciful character. Adam’s failure was rooted in choosing immediate self-preservation and self-protection, rather than trusting and seeking help from God, who had always shown perfect provision and love:
“The man said, ‘The woman whom You gave to be with me, she gave me from the tree, and I ate.’” Genesis 3:12
Like our Blind Student Driver, me, Adam, attempted to steer through this profound crisis alone, blinded by fear and shame. Without God's clear guidance, Adam’s choice inevitably resulted in a catastrophic crash, bringing spiritual death and separation from God FOR ALL OF HUMANITY:
“Then the eyes of both of them were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together and made themselves loin coverings.” Genesis 3:7
Jesus, the Second Adam, faced an even more profound and intense moment of crisis–many of them that all led to ONE BIG ONE. Unlike the first Adam, Jesus fully trusted in His Father’s goodness and mercy–HIS PERFECT WILL–willingly surrendering Himself for the redemption of humanity:
“And He withdrew from them about a stone’s throw, and He knelt down and began to pray, saying, ‘Father, if You are willing, remove this cup from Me; yet not My will, but Yours be done.’” Luke 22:41-42
Jesus’ selfless sacrifice reversed the consequences of Adam’s self-centered choice bathed in fear, loss, regret, shame, and hiding. Instead of hiding in shame, Jesus embraced full exposure and suffering, secure in His Father’s promise of resurrection and victory:
“He humbled Himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross.” Philippians 2:8
Every single day, all day and night long, people in the Great Basin Region face similar moments of choice around adversity, suffering, challenges, and personal pain. We face the same question and choice that the first and the second Adam faced: Will we trust SELF, leading to inevitable failure and despair, or will we trust Jesus alone by His Grace, who perfectly demonstrated dependence on the Father’s goodness, mercy, and provision?
“Therefore let us draw near with confidence to the Throne of Grace, so that we may receive Mercy and find Grace to help in time of need.” Hebrews 4:16
In the Great Basin Region, believers must courageously choose Jesus daily, minute-by-minute, denying SELF and following Jesus’ example by His power to completely trust and surrender to God’s perfect plan. Giant Slayers, Pioneers, and Legacy Builders are called to model this transformative trust–daily, in humility and surrender, impacting generations and guiding communities toward lasting spiritual victory IN CHRIST:
“And He was saying to them all, ‘If anyone wishes to come after Me, he must deny himself, and take up his cross daily and follow Me.’” Luke 9:23
Today, choose Jesus—the Second Adam. Embrace His path of REST: ask for and receive in thanksgiving His humility, surrender, and complete trust in God, securing your eternal victory and divine legacy for all who follow Jesus because you died to SELF and now LIVE IN CHRIST.
“For as through the one man’s disobedience the many were made sinners, even so through the obedience of the One the many will be made righteous.” Romans 5:19
Following Jesus – Transforming Families and Communities
Choosing to follow Jesus wholeheartedly profoundly impacts children, families, and entire communities. When we surrender to Jesus’ Kingship and walk obediently under His Lordship, radical transformation begins, marked by deep love and compassion for others, including enemies. Jesus commands:
“A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another, even as I have loved you, that you also love one another.” John 13:34
Imagine the twin communities of Colorado City, AZ, and Hildale, UT, fully surrendered to Jesus—every decision guided by His love, selflessness, and humility. Family relationships would heal and flourish, becoming vibrant testimonies of grace. Children would grow secure, surrounded by stability, genuine love, and consistent, Christ-centered values:
“But Jesus said, ‘Let the children alone, and do not hinder them from coming to Me; for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.’” Matthew 19:14
Consider again the analogy of our Blind Student Driver. Without Jesus, our community veers wildly off course, colliding repeatedly with conflict, hurt, and division. Yet, when Jesus guides each step, families find clear direction, peace replaces turmoil, and homes become sanctuaries of hope:
“Unless the LORD builds the house, they labor in vain who build it.” Psalm 127:1
Following Jesus means dying to self-centered pursuits and embracing sacrificial love. This Christ-like humility will transform relationships, nurturing trust, empathy, and deep genuine community healing:
“Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit, but with humility of mind regard one another as more important than yourselves.” Philippians 2:3
Conversely, failure to follow Jesus devastates children, families, and communities. Selfishness, pride, and broken relationships dominate, creating cycles of pain, confusion, and generational trauma. The Bible warns clearly:
“For where jealousy and selfish ambition exist, there is disorder and every evil thing.” James 3:16
If even half of the Great Basin Region truly followed Jesus, we would witness transformative revival—families strengthened, children nurtured, and communities united in purpose and the Father’s love. A contagious joy would permeate society, positively influencing every facet of community life:
“You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden.” Matthew 5:14
The call to Giant Slayers, Pioneers, and Legacy Builders is clear: courageously follow Jesus, modeling authentic discipleship for children and families. Your obedience profoundly influences future generations, creating an enduring spiritual legacy that reshapes communities:
“These words, which I am commanding you today, shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your sons and shall talk of them... when you lie down and when you rise up.” Deuteronomy 6:6-7
Today, commit fully to Jesus’ Lordship. Surrender completely to His guidance, allowing Him to direct your path, heal your family, and transform your community. By following Christ wholeheartedly, you can experience a profound ripple effect, reshaping generations and leaving an eternal, Christ-centered legacy:
“Choose for yourselves today whom you will serve... but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.” Joshua 24:15
Jesus – Your Entrepreneur and Architect
Jesus Christ is not only the Savior and King but also the original entrepreneur, architect, and creator. From the very beginning, everything was created by Him, through Him, and for Him. The Apostle Paul clearly outlines this profound truth:
“For by Him all things were created, both in the heavens and on earth... all things have been created through Him and for Him.” Colossians 1:16
In the Garden of Eden, Jesus designed and established the perfect environment for humanity—abundant, beautiful, and perfectly provisioned. He was and still is the architect of all life–including your life. Jesus is the architect of all your relationships, your purpose, and your ability to steward. He is the architect AND BUILDER of your life:
“The LORD God planted a garden toward the east, in Eden; and there He placed the man whom He had formed.” Genesis 2:8
Consider again the Blind Student Driver analogy. Humanity, without acknowledging Jesus as the original entrepreneur and architect, attempts to control and manipulate life blindly, often leading to chaos, misuse, abuse, and frustration. Yet, when we allow Jesus, the original designer, to lead and guide our stewardship, we find clarity, purpose, and genuine flourishing:
“The mind of man plans his way, but the LORD directs his steps.” Proverbs 16:9
Jesus entrusts humanity with talents and resources, expecting us to steward and multiply them for His Kingdom's sake. He emphasizes the responsibility of stewardship in His parable of the talents:
“Well done, good and faithful servant. You were faithful with a few things, I will put you in charge of many things; enter into the joy of your master.” Matthew 25:21
When we fail to seek Jesus’ guidance and instead selfishly use our talents and resources, we experience loss and regret, as clearly depicted:
“For to everyone who has, more shall be given... but from the one who does not have, even what he does have shall be taken away.” Matthew 25:29
In the Great Basin Region, Giant Slayers, Pioneers, and Legacy Builders must recognize Jesus as the ultimate entrepreneur and architect, embracing His guidance in every endeavor. His wisdom, innovation, and perfect design provide a blueprint for fruitful, impactful lives:
“Unless the LORD builds the house, they labor in vain who build it...” Psalm 127:1
By trusting Jesus completely and faithfully stewarding His resources, believers align with divine creativity and Kingdom advancement. This alignment results in transformative community development, spiritual prosperity, and a lasting legacy:
“Commit your works to the LORD and your plans will be established.” Proverbs 16:3
Jesus invites each believer to courageously follow His entrepreneurial example, stewarding talents and resources wisely and generously for Kingdom purposes–NOT SELF. He desires us to fully trust Him as we collaborate in His divine enterprise, ensuring genuine success and eternal impact:
“Whatever you do, do your work heartily, as for the Lord rather than for men... It is the Lord Christ whom you serve.” Colossians 3:23-24
Today, choose to partner with Jesus, the original architect and entrepreneur. Allow Him to lead, innovate, and guide your stewardship, creating a legacy that authentically honors His creative genius and sovereign purpose:
“For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them.” Ephesians 2:10
Obedience to God – Destroying the Devil's Works
Jesus Christ's mission was explicit—destroying the works of the devil and restoring humanity to the Father. Through obedience to God's perfect will, believers actively participate in dismantling darkness and advancing God’s Kingdom:
“The Son of God appeared for this purpose, to destroy the works of the devil.” 1 John 3:8
In the Great Basin Region, obedience to God means courageously confronting and rejecting idolatry, mammon, deception, and religious pride. When believers obey the promptings of the Holy Spirit, their obedience actively demolishes spiritual strongholds and brings light into darkness:
“For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh, for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but divinely powerful for the destruction of fortresses.” 2 Corinthians 10:3-4
The analogy of our Blind Student Driver again illustrates this clearly. When we try to navigate spiritual battles by relying on our own wisdom or resources, we inevitably crash. Yet, guided by Jesus, our wise Instructor, each step of obedience becomes purposeful and effective, transforming entire communities:
“Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.” Psalm 119:105
Obedience for those entrusted with wealth involves surrendering control and stewarding resources generously for God’s Kingdom purposes. Wealth is not for self-promotion, self-security, or self-preservation, but to strategically empower Kingdom advancement, bless communities, and elevate Christ’s authority:
“Instruct those who are rich in this present world...to do good, to be rich in good works, to be generous and ready to share.” 1 Timothy 6:17-18
When the wealthy and influential choose obedience over SELF, responding promptly to the Holy Spirit’s guidance to steward, children and families flourish, experiencing restored dignity, hope, and transformative opportunities:
“He who gives to the poor will never want, but he who shuts his eyes will have many curses.” Proverbs 28:27
Conversely, failure to obey God’s promptings, especially concerning stewardship of wealth, has devastating effects. It perpetuates cycles of poverty, brokenness, and spiritual oppression within families and communities, particularly harming vulnerable children:
“Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in your power to do it.” Proverbs 3:27
The call to Giant Slayers, Pioneers, and Legacy Builders in the Great Basin Region is clear and urgent—embrace radical obedience to God’s leading. Your obedience dismantles spiritual oppression, ignites transformative revival, and powerfully impacts generations:
“If you are willing and obedient, you will eat the best of the land.” Isaiah 1:19
Today, courageously commit to radical obedience. Trust King Jesus fully, stewarding resources generously, strategically, and obediently, destroying the devil’s schemes and establishing enduring spiritual legacies across the Great Basin Region:
“And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.” Romans 12:2
Jesus – The Only ReBuilder and Restorer
Jesus Christ is not only our Savior and King but also the original builder and restorer. He is currently preparing an eternal home and Kingdom for His Bride, promising to return and gather us unto Himself:
“Do not let your heart be troubled; believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many dwelling places... I go to prepare a place for you... I will come again and receive you to Myself.” John 14:1-3
Jesus is uniquely qualified as the Original Builder because all things were made by Him, through Him, and for Him. Allowing Jesus to fully redeem, reclaim, and restore our lives is the wisest choice, as He alone knows the intended purpose and perfect design for each of us:
“For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them.” Ephesians 2:10
Returning to our Blind Student Driver analogy, humanity attempting to build or restore life without Jesus' expert guidance inevitably leads to frustration and failure. Yet, under Jesus' clear instruction, every aspect of our lives becomes beautifully restored and purposefully rebuilt for the Kingdom’s sake–which pleases our Father:
“Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest...for My yoke is easy and My burden is light.” Matthew 11:28-30
When we trust Jesus to rebuild and redeem our lives, we experience genuine restoration—relationships healed, identities clarified, and legacies secured. He restores even the deepest losses and most painful failures:
“Then I will make up to you for the years that the swarming locust has eaten...” Joel 2:25
Conversely, if we stubbornly trust in SELF rather than Jesus, rejecting His redemptive work, we risk perpetual disappointment, brokenness, and futility. The Bible clearly warns against this tragic self-reliance:
“Unless the LORD builds the house, they labor in vain who build it.” Psalm 127:1
In the Great Basin Region, Giant Slayers, Pioneers, and Legacy Builders must recognize Jesus as the only trustworthy Builder, choosing to fully surrender every plan and ambition to His sovereign design. This surrender ensures a transformative impact and a lasting legacy:
“Trust in the LORD forever, for in GOD the LORD, we have an everlasting Rock.” Isaiah 26:4
As we obediently surrender our lives, families, resources, and dreams into Jesus' capable hands, He masterfully rebuilds our lives in ways we could never imagine. Trusting His expertise and eternal perspective brings genuine peace, joy, and fulfillment:
“For I know the plans that I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope.” Jeremiah 29:11
Today, courageously entrust your life fully into the hands of Jesus, the Original Builder and Restorer. Allow Him complete freedom to redeem and rebuild your life, transforming every challenge into a powerful testimony of His grace and goodness:
“And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.” Romans 8:28
Let the Builder ReBuild!
Now is the moment of decision. God our Father is the original Architect, and Jesus the master Builder. Our lives, resources, and wealth are the tools He has generously placed in our hands—not to hoard, but to steward faithfully, radically, and generously for His glory. The blueprint is clear: surrender everything to Jesus, the Builder and Restorer. He alone knows exactly how each resource entrusted to us can be maximized, multiplied, and used to manifest the Father’s absolute goodness.
As God's chosen, anointed, and equipped stewards in the Great Basin Region, you hold keys to unleashing heaven’s blueprint on earth. The time for hesitation and delay is over. God is calling you directly. If you find yourself hesitating, stop everything, drop to your knees, seek King Jesus face-to-face, and let His perfect peace confirm every next step.
"Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest." Matthew 11:28
Finally, remember the blind student driver analogy. You're not called to steer blindly. Hand Jesus the keys, trust Him completely, and enjoy the supernatural peace, clarity, and joy that come from radical obedience and total surrender.
This is your moment to choose wisely. As wealth managers and Kingdom stewards, you’re uniquely positioned to bring about revival, hope, and transformation. Step boldly into the Throne Room of Grace, remain there until your heart aligns fully with His will, and then rise empowered, radically generous, and ready to steward everything entrusted to you, knowing with absolute certainty:
Jesus is the Original Architect and Entrepreneur—SO LET HIM BUILD!
"For from Him and through Him and to Him are all things. To Him be the glory forever. Amen." Romans 11:36
