The “When” That Changes Everything

Taylor Welch, this is for you — and for every single person in your audience who dares to listen. Some of you will be hearing this for the first time.

“for He says, “At a favorable time I listened to you, And on a day of salvation I helped you.” Behold, now is “a favorable time,” behold, now is “a day of salvation” 2 Corinthians 6:2

Others… you’ve been called, and called, and called again. If this is the last time you hear it, may it be the one that moves you to act.

“Instruct those who are rich in this present world not to be conceited or to set their hope on the uncertainty of riches, but on God, who richly supplies us with all things to enjoy. Instruct them to do good, to be rich in good works, to be generous and ready to share, storing up for themselves the treasure of a good foundation for the future, so that they may take hold of that which is truly life.” 1 Timothy 6:17–19

Here’s the truth: if you, Taylor, and your audience — united around the right cause (the Kingdom of Jesus) and focused on the right people (His precious children and vulnerable families) — put your weight, your skill, and your resources behind it, by His Grace alone you could have a greater eternal impact than Elon Musk and every secular tech genius combined.

“Therefore repent and return, so that your sins may be wiped away, in order that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord;” Acts 3:19

That’s not hype. That’s math in the currency of Heaven.

And yet… there’s still an IF.

Why is there an IF?

Why are we still asking when we will unite around the eternal purposes of God?

“And looking at them, Jesus said to them, “With people this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” Matthew 19:26

Why don’t we confess our sins, repent, and surrender everything to King Jesus right now — not for brand building, not for public applause, but for the only Kingdom that lasts?

“For no one can lay a foundation other than the one which is laid, which is Jesus Christ. Now if anyone builds on the foundation with gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, or straw, each one’s work will become evident; for the day will show it because it is to be revealed with fire, and the fire itself will test the quality of each one’s work. If anyone’s work which he has built on it remains, he will receive a reward.” 1 Corinthians 3:11–14

The Wrong Question

My mission isn’t about the IF, or even the WHAT. We already know what to do — Jesus told us plainly in His word. We already know what’s at stake — eternity.

The real question is WHEN.

When will we decide to make a bigger impact on who is in Heaven than all the secular leaders combined?

“But the day of the Lord will come like a thief, in which the heavens will pass away with a roar and the elements will be destroyed with intense heat, and the earth and its works will be discovered. Since all these things are to be destroyed in this way, what sort of people ought you to be in holy conduct and godliness,” 2 Peter 3:10–11

When will we stop trying to build temporary kingdoms and start building Safe Zones that will outlast this age and echo into eternity?

When will we believe Jesus when He said, “With God all things are possible” Matthew 19:26

The Clock Is Running

This world — with all its markets, networks, and empires — is about to go up in smoke in the fire of God’s judgment. Every earthly empire will fall. Every name will fade. Only what is built on the Rock will remain.

Taylor, audience, friends — I’m not here to negotiate timelines or comfort zones. I’m here to tell you the truth:

The famine is already at the gate.
The call has already been spoken.
The Safe Zones are ready to be built.

The only thing left to decide is whether you’ll be part of the miracle… or just watch it happen.

The Elisha Moment for Great Basin Leaders

There’s a moment in Scripture when famine has gripped the land, and the people are starving. The king himself is desperate. Into that chaos, the prophet Elisha steps forward with a word from the LORD:

“Listen to the word of the LORD; this is what the LORD says: ‘About this time tomorrow a measure of fine flour will be sold for a shekel, and two measures of barley for a shekel, at the gate of Samaria.’” 2 Kings 7:1

It was an impossible promise — abundance in the middle of nothingness. But Elisha didn’t flinch. He didn’t hedge. He spoke with Heaven’s authority because he knew God’s supply is not bound by Earth’s scarcity.

Great Basin leaders, this is your Elisha moment.

We are living in a famine of truth, love, and safety. Children are being trafficked, families are being destroyed, and trust in institutions has crumbled. The need is real, immediate, and devastating.

And yet the word of the LORD is still true: abundance can come in the middle of famine, but only if those who carry His name rise up in faith, obedience, and radical generosity.

“So he departed from there and found Elisha the son of Shaphat, while he was plowing with twelve pairs of oxen before him, and he with the twelfth. And Elijah passed over to him and threw his cloak on him. Then he left the oxen behind and ran after Elijah, and said, “Please let me kiss my father and my mother, then I will follow you.” And he said to him, “Go back, for what have I done to you?” So he returned from following him, and took the pair of oxen and sacrificed them, and boiled their meat with the implements of the oxen, and gave it to the people and they ate. Then he got up and followed Elijah, and served him.” 1 Kings 19:19–21

The Modern Parallel

In Elisha’s day, there were two types of people:

Those who believed the word and acted.

Those who scoffed and stayed safe inside the city walls.

The scoffers were trampled at the gate when the breakthrough came (2 Kings 7:17–20). They saw God move but did not taste His provision.

Business leader — your skills, your influence, your wealth, and your network are not accidents. They are assignments. The famine is here. The word is clear. The only question is whether you will move in faith or cling to safety until it’s too late.

“ So he answered, “Do not be afraid, for those who are with us are greater than those who are with them.” Then Elisha prayed and said, “LORD, please, open his eyes so that he may see.” And the LORD opened the servant’s eyes, and he saw; and behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha.” 2 Kings 6:16–17

God Owns It All, You’re Just the Steward

“The earth is the LORD’S, and all it contains, The world, and those who live in it.” Psalm 24:1

Every dollar in your accounts, every property in your portfolio, every system you’ve built, every person on your payroll — all of it belongs to Him. You are not the owner; you are the steward.

And the Owner is giving marching orders.

He is calling the Great Basin’s Christian entrepreneurs, philanthropists, CEOs, and executives to go all in. No more self-promotion. No more self-protection. No more preserving your legacy as if it’s yours to keep. Lay it down — all of it — for His purposes.

“When they came down to him, Elisha prayed to the LORD and said, “Please strike this people with blindness.” So He struck them with blindness in accordance with the word of Elisha. Then Elisha said to them, “This is not the way, nor is this the city; follow me and I will bring you to the man whom you seek.” And he brought them to Samaria. When they had come into Samaria, Elisha said, “LORD, open the eyes of these men, so that they may see.” So the LORD opened their eyes, and they saw; and behold, they were in the midst of Samaria.” 2 Kings 6:18–20

The Urgency

We don’t have time for safe, incremental charity. The traffickers are not waiting. The predators are not delaying. Children are being pulled into darkness right now.

Abundant Life Family Care is ready today to build Safe Zones across the Great Basin Region — secure, Christ-centered Grace Homes and Grace Hubs designed to rescue, heal, and disciple survivors of human trafficking, sex trafficking, and other crises.

If the Harpazo happens before the work is done, those Safe Zones will remain as survival outposts during the Great Tribulation — stocked with instructions, supplies, and the Gospel for those left behind.

This isn’t just philanthropy. It’s prophecy in action. It’s the blueprint for how to be found faithful at the King’s return.

“Now a woman of the wives of the sons of the prophets cried out to Elisha, saying, “Your servant my husband is dead, and you know that your servant feared the LORD; and the creditor has come to take my two children to be his slaves.” So Elisha said to her, “What shall I do for you? Tell me, what do you have in the house?” And she said, “Your servant has nothing in the house except a jar of oil.” Then he said, “Go, borrow containers elsewhere for yourself, empty containers from all your neighbors—do not get too few. Then you shall come in and shut the door behind you and your sons, and pour into all these containers; and you shall set aside what is full.” So she left him and shut the door behind her and her sons; they kept bringing the containers to her and she kept pouring. When the containers were full, she said to her son, “Bring me another container.” And he said to her, “There is not one more container.” Then the oil stopped. So she came and told the man of God. And he said, “Go, sell the oil and pay your debt, and you and your sons can live on the rest.” 2 Kings 4:1–7

The Personal Invitation

To every “Taylor Welch” of the business world — every builder, strategist, investor, athlete, innovator, and founder who knows how to move markets and scale solutions — the time to show up big is now.

Showing up big doesn’t mean writing a check from your overflow; it means surrendering everything you are and everything you have to the King of Kings, Jesus Christ. It means shifting from your vision for success to His plan for the Kingdom.

It means saying, “Lord, it’s all Yours — put it where You want it, use me how You want, and let my life be the seed for a harvest that outlives me.”

“Now a man came from Baal-shalishah, and brought the man of God bread of the first fruits, twenty loaves of barley and fresh ears of grain in his sack. And he said, “Give them to the people so that they may eat.” But his attendant said, “How am I to serve this to a hundred men?” Nevertheless, he said, “Give them to the people so that they may eat, for this is what the LORD says: ‘They shall eat and have some left over.’” So he served it to them, and they ate and had some left over, in accordance with the word of the LORD.” 2 Kings 4:42–44

The Great Basin as a Kingdom Safe Zone

The Great Basin Region is not just another spot on the map.

It is a divinely appointed refuge, a Kingdom staging ground, and — if we steward this moment — a Safe Zone for the days ahead.

For generations, this land has been marked by both spiritual oppression and divine opportunity. The dominant religious structure here — the LDS Church — has held millions in deception, but its infrastructure is already built. MORNONI and Joseph Smith will fall, and fall hard, and soon.

The LDS meetinghouses, networks, and organizational systems will be ready for use, as they are perfectly suited for rapid transformation into hubs of Kingdom activity when the giants fall.

That’s not speculation. That’s strategy.

“Then Elisha said, “Listen to the word of the LORD; this is what the LORD says: ‘About this time tomorrow a measure of fine flour will be sold for a shekel, and two measures of barley for a shekel, at the gate of Samaria.’” The royal officer on whose hand the king was leaning responded to the man of God and said, “Behold, if the LORD were to make windows in heaven, could this thing happen?” Then he said, “Behold, you are going to see it with your own eyes, but you will not eat any of it.” 2 Kings 7:1–2

Why Here?

Geographic Reach – The Great Basin touches Utah, Nevada, Idaho, and beyond. From here, impact can ripple nationally and internationally.

Infrastructure Ready – The roads, buildings, communications, and supply networks already exist; they simply need to be redeemed for Kingdom purposes.

Spiritual Crossroads – The nations have come here. Refugees, immigrants, and displaced families — including those trafficked or fleeing abuse — are arriving daily

Prophetic Timing – Scripture is clear: when the darkness deepens, God raises up refuge points for His people. The Great Basin is one of these points.

“But the greatest of you shall be your servant. Whoever exalts himself shall be humbled, and whoever humbles himself shall be exalted.” Matthew 23:11–12

The ALFC Role

Abundant Life Family Care (MEGA) is designed to make the Great Basin a Safe Zone in every sense:

Grace Homes – Licensed, Christ-centered private foster homes that can receive and disciple children, families, and individuals in crisis.

Grace Spaces – Local hubs providing wraparound services: counseling, medical, legal aid, food distribution, skills training, and most importantly, the Gospel.

Crisis Response – Infrastructure and planning to mobilize rapidly in the event of humanitarian disasters, trafficking busts, or — if the Harpazo happens — to serve as survival and discipleship centers for those left behind during the Great Tribulation.

We are not theorizing. We have the plan, the platform, and the people to begin. What we need now are the Kingdom investors, builders, and protectors to activate the blueprint.

“Sell your possessions and give to charity; make yourselves money belts that do not wear out, an inexhaustible treasure in heaven, where no thief comes near nor does a moth destroy. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” Luke 12:33–34

Safe Zones Before and After the Harpazo

Our mission is twofold:

Before the Rapture – Rescue, heal, and disciple as many as possible, modeling Christ’s Kingdom in action.

If the Rapture Happens Mid-Build – Leave behind fully functional Safe Zones stocked with supplies, Bibles, and instructions so those left behind can survive physically and find salvation spiritually.

This is not fear-mongering. It’s faith-filled preparation.
It’s Joseph in Egypt storing grain.
It’s Noah building an ark in sunshine.
It’s Elisha telling the king where the enemy will attack.

Why Business Leaders Matter

Business leaders — your companies are already networks of people, systems, and influence. In a crisis, your assets and expertise can mean the difference between life and death for thousands. In peacetime, your leadership can accelerate the building of Grace Homes and Spaces.

This is your chance to steward the Great Basin into a refuge that Heaven will remember.

ALFC: The Perfect Kingdom Investment

“Listen to the word of the LORD…” 2 Kings 7:1

When Elisha stood before the desperate in Samaria, he wasn’t selling a vision, pitching a startup, or asking for donations. He was declaring Heaven’s solution in the middle of famine. It wasn’t Elisha’s plan; it was God’s plan. All he had to do was speak it boldly and let the ones with ears to hear step into it.

That’s where we are right now in the Great Basin Region. Abundant Life Family Care is not a project we dreamed up because it sounded noble — it is a Heaven-born, Kingdom-timed blueprint for rescuing the vulnerable children and families, discipling them in the truth, and creating Safe Zones that will stand before and after the Harpazo.

I’m not here to convince you to invest. I’m here to declare that God has already given you what’s needed to make it happen — and He’s watching to see if you will put it back into His hands.

Why ALFC Is the Perfect Kingdom Investment

It’s Ready Now – This is not a concept on paper. The licensing pathways, operational frameworks, and DAO governance structure are already defined. We can activate instantly with the right leadership and funding.

It Meets an Immediate, Unmet Need – Human trafficking and family collapse are here, not “out there.” We’re not waiting for a crisis; we’re already in one.

It’s Built for Eternity – Every Grace Home and Grace Space is designed not only to meet immediate needs but to multiply disciples who make disciples, storing up treasures in Heaven.

It’s Protected Against Corruption – DAO governance ensures transparency. No single person controls ALFC. No hidden hands. No compromise.

It Delivers Eternal ROI – Your investment will feed, shelter, heal, and disciple people into the Kingdom — impact you’ll see in eternity.

The Joseph Principle

Joseph didn’t just interpret Pharaoh’s dream — he built the storage and distribution network that saved nations. He didn’t wait for the famine to get worse; he started building in the time of abundance.

Business leader, philanthropist, athlete, investor — you’re living in your “seven years of plenty” right now. That abundance was not given to you just to build your name; it was given so you could make the refuge that will outlast your name.

The Love of the King Compels Us

This isn’t about guilt. I’m not here to shame you into giving. I’m here to love you enough to tell you the truth:

The hour is late.

The need is urgent.

The King is coming.

When He comes, your portfolio, your brand, your accolades won’t matter. The only question will be: What did you do with what He put in your hands?

Jesus told us plainly:

“Store up for yourselves treasures in heaven… for where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” Matthew 6:20–21

The Invitation

This is your Elisha moment. You can be the one who steps into the prophecy, or the one who hears it and stays seated inside the city gates. The first gets to see the miracle. The second gets trampled in the rush of those who believed.

I’m inviting you — as one flawed, failed entrepreneur to another builder who knows what it’s like to risk it all — to lay it all down for the only Kingdom that lasts. Not just your checkbook, but your network, your voice, your expertise, your influence. You are not being asked to fund a charity; you are being invited to join Heaven’s rescue mission.

The abundance is in your hands now. The famine is at the gate. Which side of the miracle do you want to be on?

The Prophetic Warning

“Come now, you rich people, weep and howl for your miseries which are coming upon you. Your riches have rotted and your garments have become moth-eaten. Your gold and your silver have rusted; and their rust will be a witness against you, and will consume your flesh like fire. It is in the last days that you have stored up your treasure!” James 5:1–3

Business leader, entrepreneur, investor — the Word of God does not mince words here. James was not condemning wealth itself; he was warning against hoarding what God meant to be released. Wealth that sits idle when the Kingdom is in motion becomes evidence against its owner in the courts of Heaven. It testifies that we trusted in the gift instead of the Giver.

The Danger of Delay

In 2 Kings 7, when Elisha prophesied the end of famine, one royal officer responded with skepticism:

“Behold, if the LORD were to make windows in heaven, could this thing happen?” 2 Kings 7:2

Elisha’s reply was chilling: “Behold, you will see it with your own eyes, but you will not eat of it.”

And that’s exactly what happened. The officer stood at the gate when the prophecy came to pass, but he was trampled to death in the rush of those who believed.

He saw the miracle. He didn’t taste it.

The Foolish Virgins

Jesus told another story in Matthew 25:1–13 about ten virgins waiting for the Bridegroom. Five were wise — prepared with oil for their lamps. Five were foolish — unprepared and distracted.

When the midnight cry came, the foolish virgins tried to borrow oil, but it was too late. The door was shut.

They had been close. They had been part of the group. But they weren’t ready, and they were left outside.

The Parable in Our Moment

Here’s the parallel:

The famine is real — trafficking victims, broken families, spiritual darkness.

The prophetic word is clear — now is the time to build Safe Zones (foster care).

The Bridegroom is coming — the Harpazo could happen before the next fiscal quarter closes.

If you delay, you risk standing on the wrong side of the miracle. You risk hearing the midnight cry with no oil in your lamp. You risk being remembered not for your generosity, but for your hesitation.

Babylon’s Distraction

Babylon will always give you a reason to wait:

“Build your portfolio a little more.”

“Secure your retirement first.”

“Finish your next expansion before you invest in the Kingdom.”

Every delay sounds reasonable — until it’s too late. Babylon will keep you polishing treasures that Heaven calls tarnished.

The Love in the Warning

I’m not here to scare you into action; I’m here to love you enough to tell you the truth. The time to obey is now.

You have been blessed for such a time as this — not to preserve your name, but to protect His people. Not to build a bigger gate for yourself, but to open gates for the rescued to come in.

You will not regret laying it all down for King Jesus. But you will regret holding anything back.

Radical Generosity as a Warfare Strategy

“And all the believers were together and had all things in common; and they would sell their property and possessions and share them with all, to the extent that anyone had need.” Acts 2:44–45

Radical generosity is not a side activity in the Kingdom — it’s a primary battle plan.

The early church didn’t survive Rome’s persecution because they were clever with marketing or because they had political favor. They endured because they were united IN CHRIST, fueled by the Holy Spirit, and willing to liquidate whatever they had to advance the mission and meet the needs of the Body.

When you open your hands, you do more than fund projects — you tear down strongholds.

Why Radical Generosity Is Warfare

Generosity directly strikes at the enemy’s strongholds of:

Control – Babylon keeps people in bondage by controlling resources. Radical generosity breaks that control.

Fear – Fear says, “If I give, I might not have enough.” Faith says, “If I give, I’m investing in the Kingdom that cannot be shaken.”

Isolation – The enemy thrives when we hoard, keeping blessings and relationships locked behind our own walls. Giving draws us into true fellowship.

ALFC: Generosity With a Target

Every dollar, every property, every connection given into Abundant Life Family Care has a clear, measurable mission:

Rescue – Pull children and families out of trafficking, abuse, and crisis.

Restore – Provide physical safety, emotional healing, and spiritual discipleship in Grace Homes and Grace Spaces.

Replicate – Train disciples to make disciples, multiplying Safe Zones throughout the Great Basin and beyond. ALFC will scale across the nation, and scale fast.

We’re not scattering seed into the wind; we’re planting orchards in specific soil so the fruit remains for generations — and into eternity.

The Early Church Blueprint in the Great Basin

Imagine Acts 2 happening here:

CEOs are selling excess properties to fund Grace Homes.

Athletes redirecting endorsement deals to stock Safe Zone pantries.

Banks are leveraging their networks to create emergency funding pipelines.

Law firms offering pro bono legal services for rescued victims.

Hospitals and clinics are establishing mobile medical teams to serve in Grace Spaces.

This isn’t romanticized history — it’s the call for right now.

Breaking Babylon’s Economy

Babylon operates on scarcity, fear, and accumulation. The Kingdom operates on abundance, faith, and distribution. When you, as a business leader, take your hard-won resources and place them in the King’s hands for His purposes, you are declaring war on the spirit of the age.

Your generosity says to the enemy:

“You will not own my wealth. You will not control my influence. Every blessing I have will be used to set captives free.”

A Strategic Strike

Funding ALFC is not just doing good — it’s crippling the operations of darkness in our region. Every Safe Zone we establish is a base of Kingdom operations, a place where the name of Jesus is exalted, truth is taught, and lives are rebuilt.

This is generosity that fights back.
This is generosity that wins battles.

The Elisha Moment

Elisha’s ministry wasn’t about fame, comfort, or building a personal empire. It was about faithfully delivering the word of the LORD, whether to kings in palaces, widows in poverty, or soldiers in battle. His life was a living rebuke to self-promotion and self-preservation, and a living witness to the power of total surrender to God.

“Listen to the word of the LORD…” 2 Kings 7:1

Listening to the word of the Lord is how Elisha began his most audacious prophecy. And that’s how this moment begins for you.

The Final Test

Business leader, entrepreneur, influencer — when your race is done and you stand before the King of Kings, your quarterly earnings will not matter. Your awards will not matter. Your influence will not matter.

What will matter is whether you heard His word and acted on it. Whether you opened your hands to what He entrusted you with, or kept it locked in the vault of Babylon’s false security.

The Harpazo Could Be Today

If Jesus returns before this fiscal quarter closes, will you be found building Babylon or building a Safe Zone for His people? If the trumpet sounds before your next board meeting, will you be one of the wise virgins with oil in your lamp, or one of the foolish left pounding on the shut door? (Matthew 25:1–13)

This Is the Time to Show Up Big

Showing up big isn’t about the size of your gift — it’s about the size of your surrender. It’s laying down your name, your brand, your strategy, your wealth, and saying:

“Lord, it’s all Yours. Put it where You want. Use me how You want. Spend me for Your glory.”

This is not charity. This is Kingdom war.

This is not a donation. This is a declaration: “Babylon, you can’t have my wealth, my influence, or my obedience.”

The Joy Set Before Us

When Elisha spoke God’s word, the famine ended. When the early church lived in radical generosity, the Gospel spread like fire. When you step into this moment, the Kingdom advances in ways we will see for eternity.

And on that day — whether it’s the Harpazo or the moment you step into His presence — you will hear the words that make it all worth it:

“Well done, good and faithful servant… enter into the joy of your Master.” Matthew 25:23

The famine is at the gate. The Safe Zones are ready to be built. The call has been spoken.

Now, Great Basin leaders, it’s your move.
