THE CORNERSTONE THEY REJECTED HAS BECOME THE CAPSTONE
Before You Read Another Word—Know This...
Every peace plan ever signed by human hands has failed.
Every treaty. Every accord. Every declaration. Every handshake between enemies. Every “historic breakthrough” celebrated on the world stage has crumbled to dust.
Because man cannot give what man does not possess.
We cannot manufacture peace. We cannot negotiate away sin. We cannot treaty our way out of the curse that has plagued humanity since the Garden.
There is only ONE peace that lasts.
There is only ONE foundation that holds.
There is only ONE name under heaven by which we must be saved.
JESUS CHRIST—AND HIM CRUCIFIED
Not a good teacher. Not a prophet. Not one path among many.
THE Way. THE Truth. THE Life.
The Rock upon which everything either stands or shatters.
-----
Listen Carefully
On October 13, 2025, the world watched powerful men sign documents and proclaim peace. They called it “historic.” They compared a president to ancient kings. They spoke of a “new dawn, the GOLDEN ERA.”
But 2,000 years ago, there was ANOTHER declaration—one that didn’t need 20 nations to ratify it, one that didn’t require summit halls or photo opportunities:
“IT IS FINISHED!” (John 19:30)
THAT was the only peace accord that ever mattered.
THAT was the only treaty that could save souls.
THAT was the moment Heaven and Earth were reconciled—not through diplomacy, but through BLOOD.
-----
The Foundation No One Can Replace
“For no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ.” (1 Corinthians 3:11)
Everything else—every political solution, every human effort, every “glimmer of hope” manufactured in conference rooms—is wood, hay, and stubble that will burn when tested by fire.
But Christ is the CORNERSTONE.
The stone the builders rejected. The stone the “experts” stumbled over. The stone that crushed empires and outlasted kingdoms.
He is the ONLY foundation that cannot be shaken.

Why This Document Exists
What you’re about to read is not political commentary.
It’s not an alternate history exercise.
It’s not creative writing.
It’s a cry from the wilderness:
“Prepare the way of the Lord! Make straight paths for Him!” (Matthew 3:3)
Because while world leaders signed papers promising peace through strength, we need to ask the only question that matters:
DID ANYONE CALL UPON THE NAME OF JESUS?
Not as a religious formality. Not as a cultural courtesy. But as THE ONLY HOPE FOR SALVATION—the only power that can transform enemies into brothers, prisoners into the free, the dead into the living.
-----
The Gospel—Pure and Uncut
Before you read further, hear the words that can save your soul:
ALL have sinned. (Romans 3:23)
Every president. Every prime minister. Every hostage. Every prisoner. Every victim. Every perpetrator. You. Me. All.
The wages of sin is DEATH. (Romans 6:23)
Not symbolic death. Eternal separation from God. Hell is real. Judgment is coming.
BUT GOD.
Those two words changed everything.
“For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.” (John 3:16)
Jesus Christ—fully God, fully man—lived the perfect life we couldn’t live, died the death we deserved, rose from the grave defeating sin and death, and offers FREE salvation to anyone who:
Confesses they are a sinner
Believes Jesus is Lord and rose from the dead
Calls upon His name in repentance and faith
“If you declare with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.” (Romans 10:9)
That’s it. No ‘works’ required. No religious pedigree needed. No political affiliation checked.
The ground at the foot of the cross is LEVEL.
The thief on the cross had no time for baptism, church membership, or good deeds. Just this: “Jesus, remember me.”
And Jesus said: “TODAY you will be with Me in paradise.” (Luke 23:43)
-----
Grace That Scandalizes
Saved by GRACE through FAITH—not of works, lest anyone should boast. (Ephesians 2:8-9)
This is the stumbling block. This is what offends religious people. This is what the world cannot accept:
You CANNOT earn it. You CANNOT deserve it. You can only RECEIVE it.
It’s a GIFT—purchased by Christ’s blood, offered freely to rebels and enemies, available to the worst sinner who ever lived if they’ll just humble themselves and cry out: “God, be merciful to me, a sinner!” (Luke 18:13)
-----
Why This Matters NOW
Because time is short.
The signs are converging. Israel is a nation again (impossible—but it happened in 1948). Jerusalem is Israel’s capital (impossible—but recognized in 2017). The world is aligning exactly as Scripture prophesied.
The fig tree is budding. (Matthew 24:32-34)
And while we don’t know the day or hour, we can see the season.
Which means TODAY is the day of salvation. (2 Corinthians 6:2)
Not tomorrow. Not after you get your life together. Not after you read more books or attend more services.
RIGHT NOW—wherever you are—you can call upon Jesus and be saved.
-----
What You’re About to Read
This document compares two October 13, 2025 EVENTS.
The one that happened—powerful men signing papers, praising each other, declaring peace through human effort.
And…
The one that SHOULD happen—those same men on their knees, broken before the Word of God, crying out for Jesus, washing each other’s feet, leading the world not in diplomacy but in REPENTANCE
Why the comparison?
To expose the futility of every human solution that bypasses the cross.
To demonstrate that ONLY Jesus changes hearts.
To show what REAL peace looks like—and it’s not found in summit halls.
-----
THE MIC DROP
When Jesus said, “IT IS FINISHED!” from the cross, He didn’t mean “to be continued pending negotiations.”
He meant: THE WORK OF SALVATION IS COMPLETE.
The chasm between holy God and sinful humanity—BRIDGED.
The penalty for sin—PAID IN FULL.
The power of death—DESTROYED.
The way to the Father—OPENED.
Nothing can be added. Nothing needs to be added.
Not your good works. Not your religious rituals. Not peace treaties. Not diplomatic breakthroughs.
CHRIST ALONE.
FAITH ALONE.
GRACE ALONE.
SCRIPTURE ALONE.
TO THE GLORY OF GOD ALONE.
-----
Before You Continue...
If you don’t know Jesus—if you’ve never called upon His name, confessed your sin, and surrendered your life to Him—STOP RIGHT NOW.
Not after you finish reading. NOW.
Pray this prayer (or something like it in your own words):
“Jesus, I am a sinner. I have broken Your laws, and I deserve hell. But I believe You died for my sins and rose from the dead. I’m sorry for my rebellion. Please forgive me. Save me. Be my Lord. I surrender everything to You. I trust You alone for salvation. Thank You for loving me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”
If you just prayed that in faith—WELCOME TO THE FAMILY.
You are born again. You are saved. You are forgiven. You are a new creation. The angels are rejoicing. (Luke 15:10)
-----
Now Read—With Kingdom Eyes
What follows is not fantasy. It’s a prophetic vision of what COULD happen if leaders humbled themselves before the King of Kings.
It’s a contrast between man’s peace (temporary, political, performance-based) and God’s peace (eternal, spiritual, freely given through Christ).
It’s a call to see that the answer to the Middle East crisis—and every crisis—is not more negotiations.
It’s JESUS.
Only Jesus can turn enemies into brothers.
Only Jesus can heal ancient wounds.
Only Jesus can bring LASTING peace.
“For He Himself is our peace, who has made the two groups one and has destroyed the barrier, the dividing wall of hostility.” (Ephesians 2:14)
-----
THIS is what they mean when they say “IT IS FINISHED!”
Not political arrangements. Not ceasefire agreements.
THE FINISHED WORK OF CHRIST ON THE CROSS.
Everything flows from that. Everything depends on that. Nothing else matters if that isn’t the foundation.
So let’s build on the ROCK.
Not on sand. Not on treaties. Not on human wisdom.
On JESUS—the CORNERSTONE.
-----
Now turn the page and see what a REAL peace summit could look like… LET'S REIMAGINE YESTERDAY....
-----
“Unless the LORD builds the house, the builders labor in vain.” (Psalm 127:1)
The Historic Events
Yesterday marked a watershed moment in Middle Eastern history with the release of the last 20 living Israeli hostages who had been held by Hamas for just over two years since the October 7, 2023, attacks, and President Trump’s formal signing of a peace agreement in Egypt aimed at ending the Gaza war.
The Hostage Release
Hamas handed over all 20 remaining living Israeli hostages in two separate groups to the International Committee of the Red Cross inside Gaza, who then delivered them to the Israeli military. The hostages were whisked out of Gaza to a military base in southern Israel and then flown by helicopter to hospitals in the Tel Aviv area. For the first time in more than two years, Hamas and its allies are not holding any living hostages in Gaza.
Hamas also handed over four coffins with the remains of deceased hostages, though 28 bodies remain in Gaza.
The Prisoner Exchange
In exchange for the hostages, Israel freed nearly 2,000 Palestinian prisoners and detainees - including 1,718 Palestinian detainees who were being held without charge, and 250 Palestinians serving long-term sentences.
About 154 additional Palestinian prisoners who had been serving long sentences were deported to Egypt rather than being allowed to return to the West Bank or Gaza, as Israeli authorities demanded that prisoners convicted of violent offenses be deported to third countries.
Trump’s Historic Visit to Israel
President Trump delivered a historic speech to the Israeli parliament (Knesset), where he received a standing ovation for his leading role in bringing about the ceasefire. Trump declared the “long and painful nightmare” was finally over for both Israelis and Palestinians.
Knesset Speaker Amir Ohana compared Trump to Cyrus the Great, the ancient Persian king who freed Jews from Babylonian captivity in 539 BCE, calling Trump “a colossus who will be enshrined in history thousands of years from now”. Prime Minister Netanyahu called Trump “the greatest friend that the State of Israel has ever had in the White House”.
Trump repeatedly told Netanyahu not to restart the war, saying, “Israel, with our help, has won all that they can by force of arms. You’ve won. Now it’s time to translate these victories against terrorists on the battlefield into the ultimate prize of peace and prosperity for the entire Middle East”.
The Sharm El-Sheikh Summit
After Israel, Trump flew to Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt, where world leaders from more than 20 nations gathered for a formal signing ceremony. Leaders present included Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas, French President Emmanuel Macron, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, and officials from Qatar, Egypt, Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, and Turkey.
Trump and the leaders of Egypt, Qatar, and Turkey signed “The Trump Declaration for Enduring Peace and Prosperity,” which laid out broad commitments to uphold Trump’s peace plan. The declaration states: “We understand that lasting peace will be one in which both Palestinians and Israelis can prosper with their fundamental human rights protected, their security guaranteed, and their dignity upheld” .
Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi called the agreement “the birth of a glimmer of hope” for the region.
Notably, Netanyahu did not attend the Egypt summit, citing scheduling conflicts ahead of the Jewish holidays of Shemini Atzeret and Simchat Torah.
The Broader Context
The conflict, which began with Hamas’s October 7, 2023, attacks that killed 1,200 people and saw hundreds taken hostage, resulted in more than 67,000 Palestinians killed according to Gaza’s Health Ministry, with Gaza itself largely destroyed.
Trump called for a peace deal with Iran and said the hand of friendship was always open, “even to Iran,” noting “I’m telling you, they want to make a deal”.
This was truly a momentous day - the culmination of intensive diplomatic efforts that ended a war that had devastated Gaza for over two years and brought families separated by captivity back together.
A Vision of Sharm El-Sheikh Transformed
Let me paint this remarkable reimagining of October 13, 2025… WHAT IF... I know it will be hard to imagine, but try!
The Gathering
The same world leaders from more than 20 nations who gathered in Sharm El-Sheikh arrive not to sign diplomatic accords, but to sit at the feet of Scripture itself. Trump, having set aside all protocol and pretense, opens not with victory declarations but with the words: “I am the chief of sinners, and I need a Savior.”
The ornate summit hall is stripped bare. Gone are the “Peace 2025” banners. In their place: simple chairs arranged in circles, Bibles in every language spread across humble tables. Emmanuel Macron, Friedrich Merz, Keir Starmer, Mahmoud Abbas, and officials from Qatar, Egypt, Jordan, the UAE, and Turkey —men accustomed to being served—now sit shoulder to shoulder as equals before the Word.
The Unexpected Teachers
The “nobody special” scholars arrive—those who’ve spent decades in dusty studies, financially struggling, often mocked, who know Hebrew and Greek like their native tongues and have traced every eschatological thread through Scripture with trembling reverence. No credentials are checked. No titles matter. Only this question: “Do you know Jesus?”
These humble servants, many nervous and overwhelmed, begin opening Revelation not as a puzzle to decode for geopolitical advantage, but as God’s love letter, warning humanity and calling us home. They trace the scarlet thread of redemption from Genesis to Revelation—showing how every page points to the Lamb slain before the foundation of the world.
The Transformation Begins
Trump, the man whom the Knesset Speaker compared to Cyrus the Great, now models himself after the One who washed His disciples’ feet. He brings basins and towels. He kneels before Egyptian President El-Sisi, before Abbas, before those who were enemies hours ago. Tears flow freely. The posture of power becomes the posture of servanthood.
The “Bible nerds” guide them through:
- Romans 3:23 - “All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God”
- Romans 10:9 - “If you confess with your mouth Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved”
- 1 John 1:9 - “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us”
Confessions Echo Through the Hall
One by one, leaders who commanded armies and economies now break. Not political confessions for cameras, but gut-wrenching acknowledgment of pride, violence authorized, vengeance harbored, people dehumanized.
The declaration that “both Palestinians and Israelis can prosper with their fundamental human rights protected” is replaced with something deeper: “We are all equally desperate before a holy God, and equally loved by Him.”
Netanyahu, who did not attend in reality, in this vision is present—falling on his face alongside those he called enemies, crying out the prayer of the tax collector: “God, be merciful to me, a sinner!”
The Eschatological Discussion
The humble scholars walk them through the timeline not with charts predicting dates, but with urgency born of love:
- The fig tree generation (Matthew 24)
- The signs of the times are converging
- Israel’s central role in prophecy
- The rapture, tribulation, and return of Christ
- The warning that time is short
But always, always pointing back to the simple question: “Have you called upon the name of Jesus?”
Like the thief on the cross—no religious credentials, no time for good works, just naked faith: “Jesus, remember me when You come into Your kingdom.”
A Different Declaration
Instead of “The Trump Declaration for Enduring Peace and Prosperity”, they emerge with a different proclamation:
“We, the undersigned, acknowledge we are sinners saved only by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. We repent of building kingdoms on earth while neglecting the Kingdom of Heaven. We call upon our nations to seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness. We pledge to lead through servant leadership, biblical study, and constant prayer. We forgive completely those who sinned against us as Christ forgave us. We acknowledge Jesus as Lord, Savior, and King—the only source of true and lasting peace.”
The Ripple Effect Imagined
Picture this spreading:
- Instead of Trump calling for Iran to make a deal, he calls for Iranian leaders to join them in Bible study and worship
- Bi-Weekly live-streamed Bible studies from world capitals
- Leaders modeling repentance, forgiveness, and humble service
- Policy decisions bathed in prayer and Scripture
- The “nobody special” scholars become the most sought-after advisors
- Churches filled not with ceremonies but with genuine seekers
- The question in every UN meeting: “What does Scripture say?”
The Child-Like Faith
The hostages who were freed and their families, the Palestinian detainees released —all invited not just to reunions, but to this ongoing revival. Taught to forgive completely, to love enemies, to pray for those who persecuted them.
The faith of a child: simple trust that Jesus is who He says He is, that He died for our sins, rose again, and is coming back. No complex theology required for salvation—just belief and surrender.
-----
The Profound Contrast
Trump’s actual words about Israel having “won all that they can by force of arms” with the biblical truth that no lasting peace comes through human strength—only through the Prince of Peace.
It replaces talk of “rebuilding” and cleaning up Gaza with rebuilding human hearts. It transforms the ceasefire that ended the guns and sirens into something deeper—a spiritual awakening that could genuinely transform nations.
This reimagining acknowledges that all the diplomacy, all the peace accords, all the declarations—without hearts surrendered to Christ—are temporary bandages on eternal wounds. Only the Gospel changes hearts. Only Jesus brings lasting peace.
What a different October 13, 2025, that would have been.
A Prayer from the Depths
Father God, Abba, Holy and Righteous King—
We come before You broken and desperate, clothed only in the righteousness of Christ Jesus. We cry out with every fiber of our being:
Open their eyes, Lord! Open their eyes!
Remove the scales that blind them to Your truth. Tear down the strongholds of pride, power, and self-reliance. Shatter the illusions that any peace apart from You can last, that any plan of man can save.
Soften their hearts, Father! Break them like You broke us!
The world leaders who gathered yesterday, Netanyahu, who called Trump the greatest friend Israel ever had —Lord, let them discover You are the only Friend they need. Those who praised Trump as a colossus for thousands of years —Father, let them see that only Jesus is worthy of such praise, that all glory belongs to You alone.
For every man, woman, and child:
The mothers, like Fatmeh Abu Daher, who wept seeing her son freed after 24 years but deported, comfort her with eternal hope. The hostage families who waited over two years —fill the holes in their hearts that only You can fill. The children orphaned by war, the parents burying children—draw them to the only One who conquered death.
Let them see that:
- All have sinned and fall short of Your glory (Romans 3:23)
- The wages of sin is death, but Your gift is eternal life (Romans 6:23)
- You loved the world so much You gave Your only Son (John 3:16)
- Whoever calls upon the name of the Lord will be saved (Romans 10:13)
Strip away everything that blocks them from You:
- Religious pride that says “I’m good enough”
- Worldly success that whispers “I don’t need God”
- Pain and bitterness that screams “God abandoned me”
- Deception that claims “There are many paths to heaven”
Give them:
- The faith of a child—simple, trusting, dependent
- The humility of the thief on the cross—“Remember me”
- The desperation of the tax collector—“God, be merciful to me”
- The surrender of Paul—“Not I, but Christ who lives in me”
We PRAISE GOD FOR TRANSFORMING OUR LEADERS INTO HUMBLE FOOT WASHING SERVANTS OF THE MOST HIGH., We pray this over Trump, Macron, Merz, Starmer, Abbas, El-Sisi, and every leader gathered. Over their families, their advisors, their nations. Over Israel and Gaza. Over Iran and every enemy. Over the religious leaders who mislead and the humble servants who speak truth at great cost.
Holy Spirit, move like You did at Pentecost!
Convict of sin, righteousness, and judgment. Draw them with cords of love, they cannot resist. Give them dreams and visions of Jesus. Put hunger in their hearts for Your Word. Surround them with Your people who will speak truth in love.
We know, Father, that:
- Not by might, nor by power, but by Your Spirit (Zechariah 4:6)
- The weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in You (2 Corinthians 10:4)
- You desire none to perish but all to come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9)
- You are not willing that any should perish (Matthew 18:14)
Time is short, Lord!
The signs are converging, the fig tree generation is here . Let them see the urgency! Let every heart cry out “Maranatha—Come, Lord Jesus!” But first, let them cry out “Jesus, save me!”
For every world leader, every terrorist, every victim:
Let them know that the ground at the foot of the cross is level. That Your grace is sufficient. That no sin is too great. That You specialize in redeeming the irredeemable, saving the unsavable, transforming the untransformable.
Break us all, Father. Then remake us in Christ.
Make us foot-washers. Make us servants. Strip away every shred of self-righteousness. Clothe us in humility. Fill us with Your Spirit. Set us ablaze with love for You and for souls.
In the mighty, matchless, precious name of Jesus Christ—
Our Lord, our Savior, our King, our Coming Bridegroom, the Lion of Judah, the Lamb of God, the Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End, the Way, the Truth, and the Life—
AMEN and AMEN!
“The Lord is not slow in keeping His promise, as some understand slowness. Instead He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.” (2 Peter 3:9)
THE CONCLUSION THAT CHANGES EVERYTHING
So What Now?
You've seen two October 13, 2025s.
One happened. One didn't.
One celebrated human achievement. One would have celebrated divine intervention.
One proclaimed "peace through strength." One would have proclaimed peace through the CROSS.
But here's what matters:
YOU are reading this for a reason.
Not by accident. Not by chance.
God orchestrated this moment.
Right now—wherever you are, whoever you are—you have a choice:
Will you call upon the name of Jesus?
To Every World Leader Reading This...
Your treaties will fail. Your legacies will fade. Your power will pass away.
But Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. (Hebrews 13:8)
Fall on your knees. Wash feet. Study the Word. Lead your nations to JESUS—not to political solutions, but to the ONLY Savior.
"What good is it for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul?" (Mark 8:36)
To Every "Nobody Special" Bible Student...
YOU are the ones God uses.
Not the credentialed. Not the famous. Not the politically connected.
The humble. The hungry. The faithful.
Keep studying. Keep praying. Keep speaking truth at great personal cost.
The experts were wrong about 1948. They might be wrong about everything else too.
God sees you. Your reward is in Heaven. And your hour is coming.
To Everyone Else
JESUS is the answer.
Not politics. Not religion. Not human wisdom.
JESUS.
Call upon His name. Confess your sin. Surrender your life. Be saved.
The Real "IT IS FINISHED" Moment
October 13, 2025 was significant.
But 32 AD was EVERYTHING.
When Jesus cried "IT IS FINISHED!" and breathed His last, He didn't need:
World leaders to sign off
20 nations to ratify it
Summit halls to make it official
He paid the price. Once. For all. Forever.
The only question left is:
Will you accept what He's already accomplished?
Your Move:
If you don't know Jesus—call upon Him NOW. (Romans 10:13)
If you know Jesus—live like the thief on the cross died—FORGIVEN and FREE. (Luke 23:43)
If you're a leader—LEAD people to Jesus, not to political solutions. (Matthew 28:19-20)
If you're "nobody special"—KEEP STUDYING. Your time is coming. (1 Corinthians 1:27)
The Final Word:
Man's peace accords: TEMPORARY
Jesus' finished work: ETERNAL
Man's hope: FAILING
Jesus' promise: UNSHAKEABLE
Man's way: ALWAYS ENDS IN DEATH
Jesus' way: ALWAYS ENDS IN LIFE
"For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him." (John 3:17)
THAT'S the peace plan that works.
THAT'S the summit that matters.
THAT'S the declaration that lasts.
IT IS FINISHED.
Not when Trump signs papers.
Not when leaders shake hands.
Not when wars temporarily cease.
IT WAS FINISHED 2,000 YEARS AGO ON A CROSS.
The only question is: Have you believed it?
JESUS is LORD.
JESUS is SAVIOR.
JESUS is KING.
JESUS is COMING BACK.
Are you ready?
"Even so, come, Lord Jesus." (Revelation 22:20)
AMEN.
The choice is yours. The clock is ticking. Don't wait for another "historic day."
TODAY is the day of salvation.
