Peace and Security

When They Say “Peace,” Sudden Destruction Comes: The Prophetic Warning and the Day of the Lord

“For you yourselves are fully aware that the day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night. While people are saying, ‘Peace and security,’ then sudden destruction will come upon them as labor pains come upon a pregnant woman, and they will not escape.”
1 Thessalonians 5:2-3

-----

October 13, 2025: A Historic Day

Today, President Donald Trump stood before the Israeli Knesset and declared:

“The war is over.”

“After so many years of unceasing war and endless danger, today the skies are calm, the guns are silent, the sirens are still, and the sun rises on a holy land that is finally at peace.”

“This is the historic dawn of a new Middle East.”

The credit was given:

- To Trump himself as the dealmaker
- To other world leaders who negotiated
- To military strength and power that “won the war”
- To human diplomacy and political maneuvering
- To the “Department of War” and its might

Conspicuously absent: Any credit to God.

No acknowledgment that “except the Lord builds the house, those who build it labor in vain” (Psalm 127:1).

No recognition that “some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God” (Psalm 20:7).

No confession that peace comes not by military might, but by the Prince of Peace.

Instead: “We did this. Our strength. Our power. Our military. Our deal.”

And from a prophetic standpoint, this proclamation of “peace and security” places us at the very threshold of the Day of the Lord.

-----

The Prophetic Pattern: “Peace and Security” Then Sudden Destruction

1 Thessalonians 5:2-3: “For you yourselves are fully aware that the day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night. While people are saying, ‘Peace and security,’ then sudden destruction will come upon them as labor pains come upon a pregnant woman, and they will not escape.”

The sequence:

People say “Peace and security”

The Day of the Lord comes like a thief

Sudden destruction falls

Like labor pains (intensifying, unstoppable)

They will not escape

We just witnessed step 1: The declaration of “peace and security” in the Middle East.

The Context: The Day of the Lord

1 Thessalonians 5:1-4: “Now concerning the times and the seasons, brothers, you have no need to have anything written to you. For you yourselves are fully aware that the day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night… But you are not in darkness, brothers, for that day to surprise you like a thief. For you are all children of light, children of the day.”

The Day of the Lord will surprise the WORLD like a thief.

But believers—children of the light—should NOT be surprised.

We should recognize the signs. We should see “peace and security” declared and know: The Day of the Lord is at hand.

-----

What Is the Day of the Lord?

The Prophetic Term Throughout Scripture

The “Day of the Lord” appears throughout the prophets and refers to:

- God’s direct intervention in human history
- Judgment on the nations
- The time of Jacob’s trouble (the Great Tribulation)
- The return of Christ as King
- The establishment of God’s Kingdom

It is NOT a single 24-hour day, but an ERA—beginning with the Tribulation and culminating in Christ’s millennial reign.

Joel 2:1-2, 11

Joel 2:1-2: “Blow a trumpet in Zion; sound an alarm on my holy mountain! Let all the inhabitants of the land tremble, for the day of the Lord is coming; it is near, a day of darkness and gloom, a day of clouds and thick darkness!”

Joel 2:11: “The Lord utters his voice before his army, for his camp is exceedingly great; he who executes his word is powerful. For the day of the Lord is great and very awesome; who can endure it?”

Zephaniah 1:14-18

Zephaniah 1:14-18: ”The great day of the Lord is near, near and hastening fast… A day of wrath is that day, a day of distress and anguish, a day of ruin and devastation, a day of darkness and gloom… Neither their silver nor their gold shall be able to deliver them on the day of the wrath of the Lord.”

Amos 5:18-20

Amos 5:18-20: “Woe to you who desire the day of the Lord! Why would you have the day of the Lord? It is darkness, and not light… Is not the day of the Lord darkness, and not light, and gloom with no brightness in it?”

The Day of the Lord is a day of WRATH, JUDGMENT, DARKNESS—not peace, not celebration, not human achievement.

-----

The Prophetic Warning: Trust in Military Strength

Psalm 20:7

Psalm 20:7: “Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God.”

The contrast:

- The world: Trusts in military might (chariots, horses, modern weaponry)

- God’s people: Trust in the Lord alone

Today’s declaration from Trump and world leaders: “We achieved peace through military strength, political negotiation, and human power.”

This is the epitome of trusting in chariots and horses.

Psalm 33:16-17

Psalm 33:16-17: “The king is not saved by his great army; a warrior is not delivered by his great strength. The war horse is a false hope for salvation, and by its great might it cannot rescue.”

The declaration today: “Our military strength won the war. Our power brought peace.”

God’s Word: “The war horse is a FALSE HOPE.”

Isaiah 31:1-3

Isaiah 31:1-3: “Woe to those who go down to Egypt for help and rely on horses, who trust in chariots because they are many and in horsemen because they are very strong, but do not look to the Holy One of Israel or consult the Lord!… The Egyptians are man, and not God, and their horses are flesh, and not spirit. When the Lord stretches out his hand, the helper will stumble, and he who is helped will fall, and they will all perish together.”

The pattern:

Trust in military strength (horses, chariots)

Do NOT look to God or consult Him

Give credit to human power

God stretches out His hand in judgment

They all perish together

This is precisely what we’re witnessing.

Jeremiah 17:5-8

Jeremiah 17:5-8: “Thus says the Lord: ‘Cursed is the man who trusts in man and makes flesh his strength, whose heart turns away from the Lord. He is like a shrub in the desert, and shall not see any good come… Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, whose trust is the Lord. He is like a tree planted by water.’”

Cursed: Those who trust in human strength, military might, political deals

Blessed: Those who trust in the Lord alone

Today’s proclamation placed trust squarely in human achievement.

-----

The Exodus Pattern: Pharaoh’s Claim vs. God’s Glory

Pharaoh: “By My Own Strength”

Exodus 5:2: “But Pharaoh said, ‘Who is the Lord, that I should obey his voice and let Israel go? I do not know the Lord, and moreover, I will not let Israel go.’”

Pharaoh’s position:

- I don’t recognize God’s authority
- I rule by my own power
- I will do what I want
- My military strength is supreme

Exodus 14:17-18: Before the Red Sea crossing, God says: “And I will harden the hearts of the Egyptians so that they shall go in after them, and I will get glory over Pharaoh and all his host, his chariots, and his horsemen. And the Egyptians shall know that I am the Lord, when I have gotten glory over Pharaoh, his chariots, and his horsemen.”

God’s response to Pharaoh’s pride and military might:

- I will get glory OVER your strength
- I will demonstrate that I AM the Lord
- Your chariots and horsemen mean nothing

Exodus 15:1, 4-5, 21: After the destruction of Pharaoh’s army: “I will sing to the Lord, for he has triumphed gloriously; the horse and his rider he has thrown into the sea… Pharaoh’s chariots and his host he cast into the sea… The floods covered them; they went down into the depths like a stone.”

The Pattern Applied Today

When human leaders:

- Take credit for peace that only God can give
- Trust in military might rather than God’s sovereignty
- Proclaim “we did this” without acknowledging God
- Give glory to themselves and their power

God’s response throughout history:

- Judgment falls
- The proud are humbled
- The mighty are brought low
- Military strength proves futile
- God gets glory by demonstrating: “I AM the Lord”

-----

Daniel: Kingdoms Rise and Fall by God’s Decree

Daniel 2: The Statue and the Stone

Daniel 2:31-35: Nebuchadnezzar’s dream—a great statue representing successive world empires (Babylon, Medo-Persia, Greece, Rome, and a final kingdom).

Daniel 2:34-35: “As you looked, a stone was cut out by no human hand, and it struck the image on its feet of iron and clay, and broke them in pieces. Then the iron, the clay, the bronze, the silver, and the gold, all together were broken in pieces… But the stone that struck the image became a great mountain and filled the whole earth.”

Daniel 2:44: “And in the days of those kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that shall never be destroyed, nor shall the kingdom be left to another people. It shall break in pieces all these kingdoms and bring them to an end, and it shall stand forever.”

The interpretation:

- All human kingdoms—no matter how powerful—FALL

- A stone “cut out by no human hand” (Christ, the Rock) destroys them

- God’s Kingdom alone stands forever

- Human military might, political deals, peace treaties—ALL are temporary and will be destroyed

Daniel 4: Nebuchadnezzar’s Pride and Humbling

Daniel 4:29-30: Nebuchadnezzar walks on the roof of his palace and declares: “Is not this great Babylon, which I have built by my mighty power as a royal residence and for the glory of my majesty?”

“I have built. My mighty power. My glory.”

Sound familiar?

Daniel 4:31-33: “While the words were still in the king’s mouth, there fell a voice from heaven, ‘O King Nebuchadnezzar, to you it is spoken: The kingdom has departed from you… until you know that the Most High rules the kingdom of men and gives it to whom he will.’ Immediately the word was fulfilled against Nebuchadnezzar.”

God’s response to pride and taking credit:

- Immediate judgment
- Kingdom removed
- Humbling until they acknowledge: God rules, not man

Daniel 4:34-37: After seven years of humbling, Nebuchadnezzar declares: “Now I, Nebuchadnezzar, praise and extol and honor the King of heaven, for all his works are right and his ways are just; and those who walk in pride he is able to humble.”

The Lesson for Today

When world leaders stand and declare:

- “WE brought peace”
- “OUR military strength won”
- “OUR negotiations succeeded”
- “This is OUR achievement”

Without acknowledging God, without giving Him glory, without recognizing His sovereignty—

Judgment is imminent. The kingdom will be taken. Pride will be humbled.

Ezekiel: The False Peace Before Judgment

Ezekiel 13:10-16 - “Peace, Peace” When There Is No Peace

Ezekiel 13:10: “Precisely because they have misled my people, saying, ‘Peace,’ when there is no peace, and because, when the people build a wall, these prophets smear it with whitewash.”

Ezekiel 13:11-16: God declares that He will send a stormy wind, great hailstones, and the wall will fall. The false prophets who said “peace” will be exposed.

The pattern:

False prophets declare “Peace!”

People build on this false security (the wall)

It’s all whitewashed (looks good on surface)

But God sends judgment (the storm)

The wall collapses

The false peace is exposed

Today: “Peace and security! The war is over! A new Middle East is dawning!”

But is it true, lasting peace? Or is it a whitewashed wall about to collapse?

Jeremiah 6:14; 8:11 - Healing the Wound Lightly

Jeremiah 6:14: “They have healed the wound of my people lightly, saying, ‘Peace, peace,’ when there is no peace.”

Jeremiah 8:11: “They have healed the wound of my people lightly, saying, ‘Peace, peace,’ when there is no peace.”

The “wound” of the Middle East:

- Spiritual: Rejection of the Messiah, Jesus
- Religious: Islam vs. Judaism, ancient enmity
- Historical: Ishmael vs. Isaac, Esau vs. Jacob
- Territorial: Promised Land disputes

Can a political treaty “heal” these wounds?

Can military strength solve spiritual rebellion?

Can human negotiation bring true, lasting peace?

NO. The wound is healed “lightly”—superficially, temporarily.

True peace comes ONLY through the Prince of Peace, Jesus Christ.

Anything else is false peace that will collapse under judgment.

-----

Jesus’s Warnings: False Peace Before the End

Matthew 24:6-8 - Wars and Rumors of Wars

Matthew 24:6-8: “And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not alarmed, for this must take place, but the end is not yet. For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and there will be famines and earthquakes in various places. All these are but the beginning of the birth pains.”

The pattern:

- Wars come
- Rumors of peace
- Then more wars
- Like birth pains—intensifying, closer together
- Building to the final delivery: The Day of the Lord

We may be in a brief lull—a “peace”—but it’s the calm before the storm, the breath between contractions.

Luke 21:25-28 - Signs in the Heavens

Luke 21:25-28: “And there will be signs in sun and moon and stars, and on the earth distress of nations in perplexity because of the roaring of the sea and the waves, people fainting with fear and with foreboding of what is coming on the world. For the powers of the heavens will be shaken. And then they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. Now when these things begin to take place, straighten up and raise your heads, because your redemption is drawing near.”

“Distress of nations in perplexity”—even AFTER declaring peace, the nations will be confused, fearful, perplexed.

Why? Because human peace is temporary. Only Christ brings true peace.

And for believers: “Raise your heads! Your redemption is drawing near!”

Luke 17:26-30 - As in the Days of Noah and Lot

Luke 17:26-30: “Just as it was in the days of Noah, so will it be in the days of the Son of Man. They were eating and drinking and marrying and being given in marriage, until the day when Noah entered the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all. Likewise, just as it was in the days of Lot—they were eating and drinking, buying and selling, planting and building, but on the day when Lot went out from Sodom, fire and sulfur rained from heaven and destroyed them all—so will it be on the day when the Son of Man is revealed.”

The pattern:

- Life as usual (eating, drinking, marrying, buying, selling)
- False sense of security and normalcy
- Then sudden destruction

“Peace and security! Life is good! The war is over!”

And then—like Noah’s flood, like Sodom’s fire—SUDDEN DESTRUCTION.

-----

Revelation: The Seals, Trumpets, and Bowls

The Sequence After “Peace”

Revelation 6 - The Seals Opened (The Day of the Lord Begins)

Revelation 6:1-2: “Now I watched when the Lamb opened one of the seven seals, and I heard one of the four living creatures say with a voice like thunder, ‘Come!’ And I looked, and behold, a white horse! And its rider had a bow, and a crown was given to him, and he came out conquering, and to conquer.”

First Seal: The White Horse Rider

- Many interpret this as the Antichrist
- Comes offering “peace” (white horse, like Christ—but a counterfeit)
- Conquers through deception, diplomacy, treaties
- Peace treaty with Israel? Daniel 9:27

Revelation 6:3-4: “When he opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature say, ‘Come!’ And out came another horse, bright red. Its rider was permitted to take peace from the earth, so that people should slay one another, and he was given a great sword.”

Second Seal: The Red Horse

- Peace is TAKEN from the earth
- War breaks out
- The false peace collapses

The pattern:

False peace (First Seal)
Peace taken, war explodes (Second Seal)
Famine (Third Seal)
Death (Fourth Seal)
Martyrdom (Fifth Seal)
Cosmic signs (Sixth Seal)
Wrath of the Lamb (Sixth Seal continues)

Then the trumpets, then the bowls—intensifying judgment.

Daniel 9:27 - The Covenant With Many

Daniel 9:27: “And he shall make a strong covenant with many for one week, and for half of the week he shall put an end to sacrifice and offering. And on the wing of abominations shall come one who makes desolate, until the decreed end is poured out on the desolator.”

“He” = The Antichrist (the “prince who is to come” from Daniel 9:26)

The covenant:

- Made with “many” (Israel and surrounding nations?)
- For “one week” (seven years—the Tribulation)
- Broken at the midpoint (3.5 years in)
- Leads to the “abomination of desolation”

Could the “peace deal” announced today be the precursor—or even the beginning—of this covenant?

We don’t know. But the pattern is eerily similar:

- A peace treaty in the Middle East
- Involving Israel and multiple nations
- Brokered by a powerful world leader
- Proclaiming an end to war

-----

The Prophetic Timeline: Where Are We?

The Sequence

Church Age (The Two Days - ~2,000 years)

- Gospel goes to the nations
- Israel dispersed, then regathered (1948)
- Jerusalem under Jewish control (1967)
- All signs converging (Matthew 24:32-34)

2. The Harpazo (Rapture) - IMMINENT

- 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17: Caught up to meet the Lord
- 1 Thessalonians 5:9: “God has not destined us for wrath”
- Revelation 3:10: “I will keep you from the hour of trial”
- Occurs BEFORE the Day of the Lord

3. “Peace and Security” Declared

- 1 Thessalonians 5:3: “While people are saying, ‘Peace and security’”
- THIS JUST HAPPENED TODAY (October 13, 2025)

4. The Day of the Lord Begins (Great Tribulation)

- 1 Thessalonians 5:2-3: “Sudden destruction will come”
- Revelation 6-19: Seven-year Tribulation
- The covenant with Israel (Daniel 9:27)
- The Antichrist revealed (2 Thessalonians 2:3-4)
- Judgments intensify (seals, trumpets, bowls)

5. The Second Coming

- Revelation 19:11-16: Christ returns as King
- Zechariah 14:4: His feet touch the Mount of Olives
- Matthew 24:29-31: After the tribulation

6. The Millennial Kingdom

- Revelation 20:1-6: Christ reigns 1,000 years
- True peace on earth—but only after judgment

7. Eternal State

- Revelation 21-22: New Heaven, New Earth

Where We Are NOW

The declaration of “peace and security” on October 13, 2025 places us:

BETWEEN the Harpazo and the Day of the Lord.

OR—if the Harpazo occurs simultaneously or immediately after—AT THE VERY THRESHOLD of the Day of the Lord.

The pattern:

Israel regathered (1948)

Jerusalem under Jewish control (1967)

All signs converging (now)

Two days (2,000 years) ending (now)

“Peace and security” declared (October 13, 2025)

HARPAZO - IMMINENT

Sudden destruction / Day of the Lord begins

We are AT THE CLIMAX.

-----

The Danger of Taking Credit

Nebuchadnezzar’s Mistake

Daniel 4:30: “Is not this great Babylon, which I have built by my mighty power?”

Result: Kingdom taken, seven years of humiliation, until he acknowledged God’s sovereignty.

Herod’s Mistake

Acts 12:21-23: “On an appointed day Herod put on his royal robes, took his seat upon the throne, and delivered an oration to them. And the people were shouting, ‘The voice of a god, and not of a man!’ Immediately an angel of the Lord struck him down, because he did not give God the glory, and he was eaten by worms and breathed his last.”

Herod accepted glory that belonged to God. Immediate judgment.

The Modern Parallel

October 13, 2025: World leaders stand before Israel and the nations, declaring:

- “WE brought peace”
- “OUR military won”
- “OUR strength prevailed”
- “This is the dawn of a new era”

No mention of God. No acknowledgment of His sovereignty. All credit to human achievement.

What does Scripture say happens to those who take God’s glory?

Isaiah 42:8: “I am the Lord; that is my name; my glory I give to no other, nor my praise to carved idols.”

Isaiah 48:11: “For my own sake, for my own sake, I do this. How should my name be profaned? My glory I will not give to another.”

God will NOT share His glory. When humans take credit for what only God can do—peace in the Middle East, true security, the end of war—judgment follows.

-----

What Should Believers Do?

1. Recognize the Sign

Luke 21:28: “Now when these things begin to take place, straighten up and raise your heads, because your redemption is drawing near.”

Don’t be dismayed. Don’t fear. RECOGNIZE: This is the sign. The Harpazo is imminent.

2. Do Not Be Deceived

Matthew 24:4: “See that no one leads you astray.”

2 Thessalonians 2:3: “Let no one deceive you in any way.”

The world will say: “Peace! Security! A new era! Prosperity!”

But sudden destruction is coming.

Don’t be lulled into complacency. Don’t believe the false peace.

3. Watch and Pray

Luke 21:36: “But stay awake at all times, praying that you may have strength to escape all these things that are going to take place, and to stand before the Son of Man.”

Mark 13:33: “Be on guard, keep awake. For you do not know when the time will come.”

This is NOT the time to relax. This is the time to WATCH.

4. Live Holy Lives

2 Peter 3:10-14: “But the day of the Lord will come like a thief, and then the heavens will pass away with a roar… Since all these things are thus to be dissolved, what sort of people ought you to be in lives of holiness and godliness… Therefore, beloved, since you are waiting for these, be diligent to be found by him without spot or blemish, and at peace.”

5. Share the Gospel Urgently

2 Corinthians 6:2: “Behold, now is the favorable time; behold, now is the day of salvation.”

If “peace and security” has been declared, and sudden destruction is next, TIME IS SHORT.

Share the Gospel. Warn people. Point them to Jesus—the ONLY source of true peace.

6. Look Up!

Luke 21:28: ”Raise your heads, because your redemption is drawing near.”

The Harpazo is next. Any moment. Any day.

Eyes on the sky. Hearts full of hope. Lamps trimmed and burning.

-----

The Only True Peace: The Prince of Peace

Isaiah 9:6-7

Isaiah 9:6-7: “For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Of the increase of his government and of peace there will be no end, on the throne of David and over his kingdom, to establish it and to uphold it with justice and with righteousness from this time forth and forevermore.”

True peace:

- Comes from the Prince of Peace (Jesus)
- Has no end (eternal)
- Established with justice and righteousness (not human diplomacy)
- On David’s throne (the Millennial Kingdom)

Human peace treaties? Temporary. Fragile. Based on military might and political maneuvering.

Jesus’s peace? Eternal. Unshakeable. Based on His finished work on the cross.

John 14:27

John 14:27: “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.”

The world’s peace: Based on circumstances, military strength, political deals—always temporary, always conditional.

Jesus’s peace: Based on His finished work, His sovereignty, His love—eternal, unconditional, unshakeable.

Colossians 1:19-20

Colossians 1:19-20: “For in him all the fullness of God was pleased to dwell, and through him to reconcile to himself all things, whether on earth or in heaven, making peace by the blood of his cross.”

True peace in the Middle East—and the world—will ONLY come when:

- Jesus returns as King
- Every knee bows (Philippians 2:10-11)
- He establishes His Kingdom
- The earth is filled with the knowledge of the Lord (Isaiah 11:9)

Until then, every human “peace” is temporary, every treaty fragile, every declaration premature.

A Prophetic Warning and a Call to Action

The Warning

Brothers and sisters, hear this:

When world leaders stand and declare “Peace and security!” without acknowledging God, without giving Him glory, without recognizing that HE alone gives peace—

Judgment is at the door.

When military might is credited for what only God can do—

The Day of the Lord is at hand.

When humans take the glory that belongs to God alone—

Sudden destruction is coming.

1 Thessalonians 5:3: “While people are saying, ‘Peace and security,’ then sudden destruction will come upon them… and they will not escape.”

We just witnessed “peace and security” declared on October 13, 2025.

What comes next? The Harpazo, then the Day of the Lord.

The Call

For Believers:

1. WAKE UP. This is the sign. The season is upon us. The hour has come.

2. LOOK UP. Your redemption draws near. The Harpazo is imminent. Any moment now.

3. SHARE THE GOSPEL. Time is short. Warn the lost. Point them to Jesus.

4. LIVE HOLY. Be found without spot or blemish when He comes.

5. DON’T BE DECEIVED. The world’s “peace” is false. True peace comes only from Christ.

6. REJOICE! Not in fear, but in hope. Not in dread, but in expectation. The Bridegroom is coming!

For Unbelievers:

The declaration of “peace and security” today is a WARNING.

Sudden destruction is coming. The Day of the Lord is at hand.

But there is still time—RIGHT NOW—to be saved.

Romans 10:9-13: “If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved… For everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”

Don’t wait. Don’t delay. The trumpet could sound at any moment.

Call on Jesus NOW. Believe. Be saved. Escape the wrath to come.

-----

A Prayer for This Hour

Father God,

Today world leaders declared “peace and security” in the Middle East. They gave credit to themselves, to military might, to human negotiation.

But we know the truth: True peace comes only from You. Only through the Prince of Peace, Jesus Christ. Only when He returns as King.

Forgive the pride of nations. Forgive the arrogance of leaders who take Your glory. Have mercy on a world that does not acknowledge You.

For believers:

Thank You for this sign. We recognize it. “Peace and security” has been declared. The Day of the Lord is at hand. The Harpazo is imminent.

Help us to wake up, look up, and live holy. Help us to share the Gospel urgently. Help us to be found ready, watching, rejoicing when You come.

For unbelievers:

Open their eyes to see that human peace is false. Awaken them to their need for the Prince of Peace. Draw them to Jesus NOW, before it’s too late.

We know:

- Some trust in chariots and horses, but we trust in Your name
- The war horse is a false hope for salvation
- True peace comes only from the cross of Christ
- The Day of the Lord will come like a thief
- Sudden destruction follows the declaration of “peace and security”

So we stand ready. We watch expectantly. We live holy. We share boldly.

Come, Lord Jesus. Come quickly.

The world says “peace,” but You are the only Peace.

Maranatha!

In Jesus’s name,

Amen.

-----

The Final Word: Whose Peace Will You Trust?

Today, October 13, 2025, the world declared: “Peace and security. The war is over. A new Middle East is dawning.”

Tomorrow—or any moment—sudden destruction may come. The Day of the Lord may begin. The false peace may collapse.
