THE COMING FINAL DAY

Understanding the Prophetic Pattern Before the Harpazo

In Hebrew thought, names are not mere labels but prophetic declarations of destiny. The Bible declares in Proverbs 22:1: “A good name is to be more desired than great wealth.” The Hebrew word for name, “shem,” carries the meaning of character, reputation, and divine purpose.

When examining recent events through a biblical lens, we must remember Isaiah 55:8-9: “For My thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways My ways,” declares the LORD. “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways and My thoughts than your thoughts.”

The Etymology of Names and Their Prophetic Weight

Charlie” - From the Germanic “Karl,” meaning “free man” (Latin: liberus)

Kirk” - From Old Norse “kirkja” and Scottish/Northern English for “church

Together, Charlie + Kirk = “Free Man Church,” the liberated assembly of believers

This echoes Galatians 5:1: “It was for freedom that Christ set us free; therefore keep standing firm and do not be subject again to a yoke of slavery.”

And John 8:36: “So if the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed.”

THE SPIRIT OF ELIJAH - THE FORERUNNER PATTERN

The Biblical Prophecy of Elijah’s Return

Malachi 4:5-6 - The final words of the Old Testament:

“Behold, I am going to send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and terrible day of the LORD. He will restore the hearts of the fathers to their children and the hearts of the children to their fathers, so that I will not come and smite the land with a curse.” Malachi 4:5-6

The Hebrew phrase “yom YHWH hagadol v’hanora” means the great and fearsome day of the LORD - referring to both judgment and deliverance.

Jesus Confirms John as Elijah

Matthew 11:13-14: “For all the prophets and the Law prophesied until John. And if you are willing to accept it, John himself is Elijah who was to come.”

Matthew 17:10-13: After the Transfiguration, Jesus explicitly states:

“And His disciples asked Him, ‘Why then do the scribes say that Elijah must come first?’ And He answered and said, ‘Elijah is coming and will restore all things; but I say to you that Elijah already came, and they did not recognize him, but did to him whatever they wished. So also the Son of Man is going to suffer at their hands.’ Then the disciples understood that He had spoken to them about John the Baptist.” Matthew 17:10-13

The Pattern of the Forerunner’s Martyrdom

John the Baptist’s death contains prophetic patterns:

- Confronted illegitimate power - Herod Antipas’s unlawful marriage (Mark 6:18).

- Spoke truth to corruption - Called out sexual sin in leadership.

- Beheaded for righteousness - Martyred for refusing to compromise.

- Death preceded greater revelation - His martyrdom preceded Jesus’ transfiguration.

Mark 6:17-29 details how Herodias’s daughter (traditionally called Salome) danced before Herod, leading to John’s beheading. The Greek word “korasion” used for the girl implies young woman influenced by her mother’s hatred.

THE TWO WITNESSES OF REVELATION

The End-Time Elijah Ministry

Revelation 11:3-6 describes two witnesses with Elijah-like power:

“And I will grant authority to my two witnesses, and they will prophesy for twelve hundred and sixty days, clothed in sackcloth… These have the power to shut up the sky, so that rain will not fall during the days of their prophesying…” Revelation 11:3-6

This mirrors Elijah’s ministry in 1 Kings 17:1: “As the LORD, the God of Israel lives, before whom I stand, surely there shall be neither dew nor rain these years, except by my word.”

The Pattern of Martyrdom Before Glory

Revelation 11:7-12 shows the witnesses are:

- Killed by the beast from the abyss
- Their bodies lie in the street for 3½ days
- The world celebrates their death
- They are resurrected and raptured: “Come up here”

This “Come up here” (Greek: “Anabate hode”) parallels Revelation 4:1 where John hears the same command before seeing heaven’s throne room - many scholars see this as representing the Harpazo of the church.

REVIVAL THROUGH MARTYRDOM - THE BIBLICAL PATTERN

The Blood of Martyrs as Seed

Tertullian wrote: “The blood of martyrs is the seed of the church” (Sanguis martyrum semen ecclesiae). This reflects the biblical pattern:

John 12:24: “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the earth and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it bears much fruit.”

Stephen’s Martyrdom Sparked the Great Dispersion

Acts 7:54-8:4 - Stephen’s stoning led to:

- The gospel spreading beyond Jerusalem
- Saul’s conversion (who became Paul)
- The birth of the Gentile church

“And on that day a great persecution began against the church in Jerusalem, and they were all scattered throughout the regions of Judea and Samaria… Therefore, those who had been scattered went about preaching the word.” Acts 8:1,4

The Awakening Pattern

Throughout Scripture, spiritual awakening often follows:

Bold proclamation of truth (prophetic voice).
Violent opposition (martyrdom).
Divine vindication (resurrection/revival).
Greater glory (expanded kingdom).

THE FEAST OF TRUMPETS 2025 - THE HIDDEN DAY

The Prophetic Timing

The Feast of Trumpets (Rosh Hashanah) 2025 occurs September 22-24. In Hebrew tradition, this feast is unique:

“Yom HaKeseh” - “The Hidden Day”

- The only feast determined by the new moon sighting.

- Required two witnesses to confirm.

- Called “the day no one knows” (referenced by Jesus in Matthew 24:36)

The Last Trump

1 Corinthians 15:52: “In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet; for the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed.”

The “last trumpet” (Greek: “eschate salpiggi”) refers to the “Tekiah Gedolah” - the final, long blast of the shofar on Rosh Hashanah.

The Resurrection Connection

1 Thessalonians 4:16: “For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first.”

The sequence:

Shout (Greek: keleusma - command)
Voice of archangel (possibly Michael)
Trumpet of God (the last trump)
Dead rise first
Living caught up (Harpazo)

THE FREE MAN CHURCH - LIBERATION BEFORE DEPARTURE

The Message of Freedom

If names carry prophetic weight, “Charlie Kirk” (Free Man Church) represents the message of the hour:

2 Corinthians 3:17: “Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.”

Galatians 5:13: “For you were called to freedom, brethren; only do not turn your freedom into an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another.”

The Church’s Final Message

Before the Harpazo, the church must proclaim freedom:

- Freedom from sin (Romans 6:18)
- Freedom from law (Romans 7:6)
- Freedom from death (Romans 8:2)
- Freedom from condemnation (Romans 8:1)

WHEN MODERN EVENTS ECHO ANCIENT PATTERNS

The Herod-Herodias Pattern

In John the Baptist’s martyrdom, we see:

- Illegitimate authority (Herod had no rightful claim to rule Israel)
- Sexual corruption (unlawful marriage to brother’s wife)
- Manipulated by seduction (daughter’s dance)
- Public execution (head on a platter)
- Celebration of evil (Herod’s birthday feast)

Matthew 14:6-11 details this pattern of corrupted power destroying prophetic voice.

The Voice in the Wilderness

Isaiah 40:3: “A voice is calling, ‘Clear the way for the LORD in the wilderness; Make smooth in the desert a highway for our God.’”

John the Baptist fulfilled this, and the end-time witnesses will echo it.

THE AWAKENING BEFORE THE GATHERING

Joel’s Prophecy of the Last Days

Joel 2:28-32: “It will come about after this that I will pour out My Spirit on all mankind; And your sons and daughters will prophesy, Your old men will dream dreams, Your young men will see visions… Before the great and awesome day of the LORD comes.”

Notice: The Spirit’s outpouring precedes “the great and awesome day.”

The Final Harvest

Matthew 13:39: “The harvest is the end of the age; and the reapers are angels.”

Revelation 14:15: “Thrust in your sickle and reap, for the hour to reap has come, because the harvest of the earth is ripe.”

THE MILLENNIAL REIGN - WHEN MARTYRS BECOME RULERS

The First Resurrection Promise

Revelation 20:4-6: “Then I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was given to them. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony of Jesus and because of the word of God… and they came to life and reigned with Christ for a thousand years.”

The Greek word “pelekizo” specifically means “beheaded with an axe” - the same fate as John the Baptist.

From Suffering to Glory

2 Timothy 2:12: “If we endure, we will also reign with Him.”

Romans 8:17: “If children, heirs also, heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him so that we may also be glorified with Him.”

THE URGENCY OF THE HOUR

The Acceleration of Events

Daniel 12:4: “But as for you, Daniel, conceal these words and seal up the book until the end of time; many will go back and forth, and knowledge will increase.”

The Hebrew “rabah” for “increase” means multiply exponentially.

The Birth Pangs

Matthew 24:8: “But all these things are merely the beginning of birth pangs.”

The Greek “odin” refers to labor pains that:

- Increase in frequency
- Increase in intensity
- Cannot be stopped
- Lead to new birth

THE CALL TO READINESS

Watch and Be Ready

Matthew 24:42-44: “Therefore be on the alert, for you do not know which day your Lord is coming… For this reason you also must be ready; for the Son of Man is coming at an hour when you do not think He will.”

The Midnight Cry

Matthew 25:6: “But at midnight there was a shout, ‘Behold, the bridegroom! Come out to meet him.’”

The Greek “krauge” means a loud cry, clamor, or shout of urgent announcement.

THE CONVERGENCE OF SIGNS

When we see:

- The spirit of Elijah confronting corruption.
- Martyrdom of truth-speakers.
- Sudden awakening following tragedy.
- Names carrying prophetic significance.
- The approaching Feast of Trumpets.
- Global upheaval and birth pangs.

We must remember Luke 21:28: “But when these things begin to take place, straighten up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near.”

The Final Question

Jesus asked His generation: “But I say to you that Elijah has come, and they did to him whatever they wished, just as it is written of him” (Mark 9:13).

Will this generation recognize the spirit of Elijah when it manifests? Will the church awaken to its final calling before the trumpet sounds?

Revelation 3:11: “I am coming quickly; hold fast what you have, so that no one will take your crown.”

The Promise to Overcomers

Revelation 2:10: “Do not fear what you are about to suffer… Be faithful until death, and I will give you the crown of life.”

The church that understands the times, recognizes the patterns, and remains faithful unto death will receive the crown of life and reign with Christ in His millennial kingdom.

Even so, come, Lord Jesus!

“He who testifies to these things says, ‘Yes, I am coming quickly.’ Amen. Come, Lord Jesus.” - Revelation 22:20
