Earlier today, President Donald Trump stood before the Israeli Knesset and declared “the war is over” and “peace in the Holy Land.” Hours later, in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt, he signed a historic peace agreement with over 30 world leaders—a covenant with many nations involving Israel.

This document will present the facts, examine the Scriptures, and allow you to draw your own conclusions. But please understand the gravity: if this is the covenant described in Daniel 9:27, we may be standing at the very precipice of the seven-year Tribulation period.

The Weight of This Moment

For nearly 2,000 years, Christians have watched and waited for the signs Jesus described. Generations have come and gone. Wars have been fought. Empires have risen and fallen. And through it all, believers have looked to the skies and whispered, “Even so, come, Lord Jesus.”

But what if this is it?

What if the waiting is over? What if the covenant has just been confirmed? What if the Rapture—that blessed hope of every believer—is not years or decades away, but days or weeks or months?

For the world: If the Tribulation begins, humanity will experience suffering unlike anything in history. Jesus Himself said, “For then there will be a great tribulation, such as has not occurred since the beginning of the world until now, nor ever will” (Matthew 24:21).

Every generation has had its prophetic watchers. People have been wrong before—many times. So why should October 13, 2025 be any different?

Because never before in history have we seen:

A literal covenant signed by a global leader with “many” nations specifically involving Israel (Daniel 9:27)

Israel back in their land as a nation (prerequisite for all end-times prophecy)

Jerusalem under Israeli control (1967 was the turning point)

The Temple Reality: A Critical Game-Changer

For decades, prophecy teachers have said, “The Third Temple must be built—that will take years.” This has given many a sense that we have time.

But here’s the truth that changes everything:

The Temple that will be used during the Tribulation is not a massive stone structure like Solomon’s or Herod’s Temple. It is the Tabernacle of David—a movable tent, just like the one Moses built in the wilderness and David erected in Jerusalem.

This means:

- No massive construction project required
- No need to remove the Dome of the Rock (initially)
- No years-long building timeline
- It could be erected in DAYS, not years

And everything is ready:

- The ashes of the Red Heifer (for purification) - PREPARED

- Levitical priests trained and ready - TRAINED

- Temple vessels crafted (menorah, altar, etc.) - COMPLETED

- Priestly garments made - READY

- Architectural plans for the Tabernacle - COMPLETE

- Practice runs of sacrificial system - ONGOING

The Israeli priesthood is already practicing the sacrificial system. They could begin offering sacrifices within days of receiving permission.

The Unvarnished Truth

If the covenant was confirmed today, and if the Pre-Tribulation Rapture view is correct, then born-again believers could vanish at any moment.

Millions would disappear in an instant:

- Cars would crash as drivers vanish
- Planes would fall as pilots are taken
- Children would disappear from their beds
- Chaos and terror would grip the world

Those left behind would face the most horrific seven years in human history.

If you are not saved, this is your warning. This is your chance. Today—right now—may be your last opportunity to call on the name of the Lord.

Through the Eyes of Grace

This analysis is not written to terrify you, but to prepare you. Not to condemn, but to rescue. Not to boast in knowledge, but to plead with you in love.

God does not want anyone to perish. 2 Peter 3:9 says, “The Lord is not slow about His promise, as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing for any to perish but for all to come to repentance.”

Every warning in Scripture is an act of love. When Jesus described the Tribulation, He did so to warn people to be ready. When prophets spoke of coming judgment, it was to call people to repentance.

This document is written in that same spirit.

If you’re reading this and you’ve never trusted Christ, please understand: I don’t know you, but I love you enough to tell you the truth. God loves you infinitely more than I ever could. He sent His Son to die for you. He’s offering you forgiveness, salvation, and eternal life as a free gift.

But the offer won’t last forever. Once the Rapture occurs (if Pre-Trib view is correct), or once you die, or once you take the mark of the Beast—your opportunity is gone.

We’re going to examine the Scriptures carefully. We’re going to look at the facts of October 13, 2025. We’re going to correct false teachings that have given people a false sense of security. And we’re going to be honest about what we know and what we don’t know.

Correcting a Major Eschatological Error

The “Seven-Year Covenant” Fallacy

CRITICAL CORRECTION: A widespread but unbiblical teaching claims that Daniel 9:27 describes a “seven-year peace covenant.” This is FALSE. Scripture does not say this. Let’s examine what the Bible actually states.

What Daniel 9:27 Actually Says (NASB)

“And HE WILL MAKE A FIRM COVENANT with the many for one week, but in the middle of the week he will put a stop to sacrifice and grain offering; and on the wing of abominations will come one who makes desolate, even until a complete destruction, one that is decreed, is poured out on the one who makes desolate.”

Breaking Down the Actual Text

Two Separate Prophetic Elements:

THE COVENANT: “He will make a firm covenant with the many”

- Duration specified? NO

- Nature? A covenant (diplomatic agreement) involving many nations

- Time frame? NOT STATED IN THIS PHRASE

THE TRIBULATION TIMELINE: “for one week” / “in the middle of the week”

- Duration? One “week” (Hebrew: shabuwa) = seven years

- Midpoint event? Sacrifices stopped and abomination occurs

- Context? The 70th week of Daniel’s prophecy

The Grammatical Truth

The Hebrew grammar does NOT say “a seven-year covenant.” The phrase “for one week” modifies the TIMELINE of events, not the duration of the covenant itself.

Proper reading:

- “He will confirm a covenant with the many [period]”

- “[During/For] one week [these events unfold]”

- “In the middle of [that] week he will stop sacrifice…”

The covenant could be:

- Eternal in scope (like the Abraham Accords claim to be)

- Permanent peace treaty

- Multi-generational agreement

- No specified end date

69 weeks (483 years) have been fulfilled from the decree to rebuild Jerusalem until Messiah. One week (7 years) remains for the fulfillment of six specific purposes for Israel:

Ezekiel 38-39: Gog and Magog War

The Prophecy

Ezekiel 38:1-6 identifies the coalition:

- Gog, of the land of Magog (commonly interpreted as Russia)

- Rosh (possibly Russia)

- Meshech and Tubal (possibly Moscow and Tobolsk, or Turkey region)

- Persia (Iran) Currently weakened by US strikes

- Cush (Ethiopia/Sudan region)

- Put (Libya/North Africa)

- Gomer (Eastern Europe/Turkey)

- Beth-togarmah (Turkey/Armenia region)

Timing: “When Israel Dwells Securely”

Ezekiel 38:11 - “You will say, ‘I will go up against the land of unwalled villages. I will go against those who are at rest, that live securely, all of them living without walls and having no bars or gates’”

Ezekiel 38:14 - “On that day when My people Israel are living securely, will you not know it?”

Current Status:

- Israel just achieved peace agreement

- “The war is over” declared by Trump

- Israel will be “dwelling securely” under this peace

- Iran (Persia) currently weakened but not destroyed

- Perfect conditions for Gog-Magog war

Possible Timing Options

Option A: Before the 70th Week

- War happens during current peace
- Could be catalyst for covenant or temple building
- Israel’s miraculous deliverance brings glory to God

Option B: Early in the 70th Week

- During first 3.5 years of “peace”
- God destroys invaders (Ezekiel 39:1-6)
- Sets stage for Antichrist’s rise to power

Option C: At the End (Revelation 20:7-9)

- Different Gog-Magog after millennium
- Some scholars see two separate invasions
- Final rebellion after 1,000 years

What Christians Should Do NOW

1. SURRENDER TO KING JESUS!

Romans 10:9-10 - “If you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; for with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation.”

Are you saved? Do you have HIS FAITH given as a free gift of Grace?

- JUST BELIEVE
- Have you repented of your sins?
- Have you trusted Christ as your Savior?
- Are you like the thief on the cross? Dead to SELF
- Do you believe as a small child?

2. Watch and Pray

Luke 21:36 - “But keep on the alert at all times, praying that you may have strength to escape all these things that are about to take place, and to stand before the Son of Man.”

Matthew 26:41 - “Keep watching and praying that you may not enter into temptation; the spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.”

What to watch for:

- Temple Mount developments
- Third Temple construction
- Changes in worship permissions
- Rising global leader
- Technology enabling mark system
- Increasing birth pangs

3. Live Holy Lives

1 Peter 1:15-16 - “Like the Holy One who called you, be holy yourselves also in all your behavior; because it is written, ‘YOU SHALL BE HOLY, FOR I AM HOLY.’”

2 Timothy 2:19 - “Nevertheless, the firm foundation of God stands, having this seal, ‘The Lord knows those who are His,’ and, ‘Everyone who names the name of the Lord is to abstain from wickedness.’”

4. Share the Gospel Urgently

2 Corinthians 6:2 - “Behold, now is ‘THE ACCEPTABLE TIME,’ behold, now is ‘THE DAY OF SALVATION’”

Matthew 24:14 - “This gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all the nations, and then the end will come.”

Why urgency?

- Time may be very short
- People need to hear before it’s too late
- Tribulation will be time of unprecedented suffering

5. Do Not Be Deceived

Matthew 24:4 - “See to it that no one misleads you”

1 John 4:1 - “Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world.”

Avoid:

- False prophets and teachers
- Sensationalism without Scripture
- Speculation beyond what is written

6. Occupy Until He Comes

Luke 19:13 - “Do business with this until I come back”

1 Thessalonians 4:11-12 - “Make it your ambition to lead a quiet life and attend to your own business and work with your hands…so that you will behave properly toward outsiders and not be in any need.”

Keep living:

- Don’t quit your job and wait on a mountain
- Continue serving in your church
- Be faithful in the mundane
- Live responsibly while watching expectantly

7. Comfort One Another

1 Thessalonians 4:18 - “Therefore comfort one another with these words”

Hebrews 10:25 - “Not forsaking our own assembling together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another; and all the more as you see the day drawing near.”

Key Distinctions: Clarifying Confusion

Distinction 1: Covenant vs. Tribulation Timeline

THE COVENANT:

- “He will confirm a covenant with the many”

- No specified duration in this phrase

- Could be intended as eternal/permanent peace

- The ACT of confirming it is the prophetic sign

THE TRIBULATION:

- “For one week” / “in the middle of the week”

- Clearly seven years divided into two 3.5-year periods

- This is the TIMEFRAME of events, not the covenant duration

- Multiple Scriptures confirm the 7-year structure

KEY POINT: Don’t conflate these two separate prophetic elements

Distinction 2: Peace Agreement vs. 70th Week Start

PEACE AGREEMENT:

- Political/diplomatic covenant
- Can exist before tribulation begins
- Creates conditions for prophetic fulfillment
- May be in place for unknown time before 70th week

70TH WEEK BEGINS WHEN:

- Temple is built (David’s Tabernacle)
- Sacrifices are reinstituted
- Two witnesses appear
- Countdown actually starts

KEY POINT: Covenant can be confirmed while waiting for other elements

Distinction 3: Antichrist vs. Peacemaker

INITIAL APPEARANCE:

- Comes as peacemaker (Daniel 8:25 - “destroy many while they are at ease”)
- Appears as angel of light (2 Corinthians 11:14-15)
- Solves unsolvable problems
- Brings false peace

TRUE NATURE REVEALED:

- At midpoint (3.5 years in)
- Enters temple
- Declares himself God
- Persecutes saints
- Makes war on those who refuse the mark

KEY POINT: First 3.5 years could seem wonderful; deception precedes destruction

Distinction 4: Stage-Setting vs. Fulfillment

STAGE-SETTING:

- Conditions align with prophecy
- Technology develops
- Political situations form
- Players get into position
- “Birth pangs” increase

FULFILLMENT:

- Actual events described in Scripture occur
- Unmistakable when it happens
- Prophecy specifically accomplished
- No room for multiple interpretations after the fact

KEY POINT: We are in stage-setting phase. IT IS NEAR.

Proclamations of “peace and safety”

Historic significance: “3,000 years” to reach this point

Abraham Accords expanding - normalization with Arab nations

Iran (Persia) weakened by recent conflicts

Timing aligns with increasing “birth pangs”

Missing Elements

Critical Gaps:

No Third Temple
No reinstituted sacrifices
Two witnesses not present
No abomination of desolation
Mark of beast not implemented
Great Tribulation not begun
Antichrist not definitively revealed/identified

Three Scenarios

SCENARIO A: This IS the Daniel 9:27 Covenant

- The covenant was just confirmed (October 13, 2025)

- The 70th week begins soon (when temple is built)

- We are in the final moments before tribulation

- Rapture is imminent (pre-trib view correct)

- Temple construction will be rapid

- Two witnesses will appear within months/years

- Action Required: Maximum urgency in evangelism and personal holiness

SCENARIO B: This IS the Covenant, But 70th Week Waits

- Covenant confirmed but clock hasn’t started

- Tribulation timeline begins when temple sacrifices commence

- Gap period between covenant signing and week beginning

- Could be months or years before temple built

- We’re in the setup phase

- Action Required: Watch closely, live ready, but don’t abandon responsibilities

SCENARIO C: This is NOT THE Covenant

- Current peace deal is a precursor/type

- A future covenant is still coming

- This sets the stage but isn’t the fulfillment

- Another leader may yet emerge

- More developments needed

- Action Required: Continue watching, don’t grow complacent

Wisdom from Proverbs

Proverbs 27:12 - “A prudent man sees evil and hides himself, the naive proceed and pay the penalty.”

Proverbs 22:3 - “The prudent sees the evil and hides himself, but the naive go on, and are punished for it.”

Application: Better to be ready and wrong about timing than unprepared and caught off guard.

What We Know for Certain

The covenant with many has NO specified duration in Scripture

- The “seven-year covenant” teaching is FALSE

- Daniel 9:27 describes events DURING a seven-year period, not a seven-year covenant

The tribulation IS seven years

What We Must Do

Be Prepared:

- Live as if Christ could return today
- Don’t set dates, but recognize signs
- Keep oil in your lamps (Matthew 25:1-13)

Stay Biblical:

- Don’t add to Scripture (Revelation 22:18)
- Don’t teach what isn’t there
- Correct false doctrines when found
- Study to show yourself approved (2 Timothy 2:15)

Watch Carefully:

- Monitor Temple Mount developments
- Track prophetic alignment
- Test all things against Scripture
- Don’t be moved by every headline

Live Urgently:

- Share the Gospel
- Make disciples
- Redeem the time (Ephesians 5:16)
- Work while it is day (John 9:4)

The Most Important Truth

John 14:6 - “Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me.’”

Whether the tribulation begins tomorrow or 50 years from now, the Gospel remains the same:

- All have sinned (Romans 3:23)

- The wages of sin is death (Romans 6:23)

- Christ died for our sins (1 Corinthians 15:3)

- Salvation is by grace through faith (Ephesians 2:8-9)

- Confess and believe to be saved (Romans 10:9-10)

- Today is the day of salvation (2 Corinthians 6:2)

Final Exhortation

2 Peter 3:10-14 - “But the day of the Lord will come like a thief, in which the heavens will pass away with a roar and the elements will be destroyed with intense heat, and the earth and its works will be burned up. Since all these things are to be destroyed in this way, what sort of people ought you to be in holy conduct and godliness, looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be destroyed by burning, and the elements will melt with intense heat! But according to His promise we are looking for new heavens and a new earth, in which righteousness dwells. Therefore, beloved, since you look for these things, be diligent to be found by Him in peace, spotless and blameless.”
