“Give the GLORY to HIM”
“His bride” (possessive)
“It was GIVEN to her” (even her readiness is given)

The wedding is FOR the Lamb, not the bride.

FOR THE GLORY OF THE FATHER

John 17:1: “Father, the hour has come; glorify Your Son, that the Son may glorify You”

Everything Jesus did was FOR THE FATHER’S GLORY.

Ephesians 3:20-21: “Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly beyond all that we ask or think… to Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Amen.”

Panic and prepare like doomsday preppers
Frantically convince everyone
Calculate exact hours
Doubt constantly
Boast about understanding

BUT:

Keep lamps full (stay filled with Spirit)

Watch with peace (not anxiety)

Share truth in love (not force)

Die daily to SELF (when pride/fear rise, crucify it)

Live for His glory (not SELF-vindication)

Occupy until He comes (don’t quit responsibilities)

Luke 19:13: “Do business with this until I come back”
