When Truth Becomes a Battle Cry

"And He took a child, and set him before them, and taking him in His arms, He said to them, 'Whoever receives one child like this in My name receives Me; and whoever receives Me does not receive Me, but Him who sent Me.'" - Mark 9:36-37

I am a foot-washing, truth-telling servant of the King—King Jesus. I know only Jesus Christ and Him crucified. What you are about to read must be said, no matter how painful, no matter what it costs. Every word here is driven by one sacred mission: saving the children.

Never confuse the mission with the battle. My willingness to lay everything down stems from one reason alone—the cries of God's children echoing through the valleys of Utah, where suicide rates soar higher than any other state in this nation. I do not like the evil here in Utah, the dark religious heaviness that cuts like a knife through young hearts. I hate it. But this is not about me.

I have died, and I no longer have a voice of my own. Instead, I have given my voice to the Lord Jesus Christ, and He is coming to save His children. A great shakeup is coming—a great reveal. And as quickly as the truth is exposed, the corruption will be removed. Why? Because our Lord has heard the cries of the children.

"But whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to stumble, it would be better for him to have a heavy millstone hung around his neck, and to be drowned in the depth of the sea." - Matthew 18:6

Ask Jesus what He thinks of children and those who harm them. We will use facts and reality to state the truth in love, holding nothing back, because the children are worth everything. The institutional power structure that has created Utah's mental health crisis must be revealed and dismantled for the sake of the children—God's children.

It's remarkable how much Utah and the Great Basin Region resemble Washington, DC, and its entrenched power networks. The similarities between aging federal leadership (Biden) and Utah's religious hierarchy are striking—both are attempting to govern. At the same time, subordinates work unchecked and unregulated, creating the very definition of institutional deep state control.

For the record, I don't seek a vote or want recognition. I don't want to promote or protect myself—just the opposite. According to Romans 12:1-2, we are all supposed to be living sacrifices:

"Therefore I urge you, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living and holy sacrifice, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service of worship. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect." Romans 12:1-2

I don't have opinions or need to be seen, heard, or appreciated—I don't care. I am here to speak truth in love, knowing it will cost me everything in this world, and I am more than delighted. How blessed I would be to face mockery, persecution, beatings, imprisonment, or death for the sake of these children.

There will be no more ostriches with heads in the sand when I am done. I do not seek recognition, respect, or honor—all glory goes to the King. I wish to deny myself, take up my cross, and like a wise and prudent virgin, invest all my “talents” into the Kingdom of God as I die to myself. Let’s bring on the basins and the towels; we’ve got some feet to wash.

Let me be clear about my love for Utah and its people—it is true love, though many do not understand it. Truth is the highest form of love. Wendy, my wife, and I have been blessed to serve in the Great Basin Region since 1997. We moved our family from Sacramento to St. George to serve in ministry, and we have raised all five of our children here. The people of Utah are genuine and devoted to faith and family, and I am forever grateful for the safety and family values this state has provided.

However, no matter how wonderful Utah can be, there is an evil and very dark side. Having run several Christ-centered therapeutic businesses in Utah for decades, I can assure you there is a dark institutional reality that isn't lovely—it is systemically harmful, especially to children. But momentum is building on the side of truth, and the future has never been brighter.

We can no longer claim to be Christians and followers of Jesus Christ while remaining silent about the documented crisis in Utah. The statistics of youth suicide—the highest in the nation—are the thread that, when pulled, unravels layers of institutional deception. At the center of it all is a power structure that has failed God's children.

"Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you clean the outside of the cup and of the dish, but inside they are full of robbery and self-indulgence." - Matthew 23:25

I am the shepherd boy David with five smooth stones, here to face the uncircumcised Philistine. But instead of stones and a slingshot, I depend solely on God's grace as He awakens, empowers, and equips His ambassadors with grace and truth.

This is not about attacking faithful Mormon people—they are victims of this system too. This is about exposing institutional corruption that has created a public health crisis. The Mormon people deserve to know the truth and be set free from systems that are failing their children.

The Statistical Reality They Cannot Hide

The Suicide Crisis: An Undeniable Emergency

The numbers paint a picture so stark that no amount of public relations can obscure it:

Utah consistently ranks #1-5 nationally for overall suicide rates
Youth suicide rates: Utah regularly holds the #1 spot nationally
2019-2021 data: Utah ranked 4th highest suicide rate in America

Teen suicide has reached epidemic proportions, with rates nearly double the national average in some counties

"The LORD is near to the brokenhearted And saves those who are crushed in spirit." - Psalm 34:18

In a state dominated by a religion that preaches eternal families and earthly joy, children are ending their lives at the highest rate in America. This is not coincidence—this is consequence. When institutional pressure for perfection meets adolescent development, tragedy becomes inevitable.

The Hidden Addiction Epidemic

Behind Utah's carefully maintained image lies a crisis of dependency:

Prescription drug abuse rates among the highest nationally
Opioid crisis devastating rural communities with high religious concentration
Antidepressant usage rates consistently top 5 nationally
Illegal drug trafficking and usage climbing rapidly despite religious prohibitions

The cognitive dissonance created by impossible standards of perfection is literally killing people.

The Pornography Paradox: Hypocrisy Exposed

The most telling statistic reveals the depth of institutional failure:

Utah consistently ranks #1 or #2 nationally for pornography consumption per capita
This occurs in a state where the dominant religion equates pornography with adultery
The disconnect between public standards and private behavior creates shame cycles that destroy mental health

"You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother's eye." - Matthew 7:5

The Religious Monopoly: Unprecedented Institutional Control

No state in American history has been dominated by a single religious institution like Utah:

60-65% of Utah's population identifies as LDS (down from 75%+ historically)
No other state has a single religion exceeding 40-45% of population
85-90% of state legislators identify as LDS
Vast majority of judges, prosecutors, and law enforcement leadership are LDS
Business leadership overwhelmingly concentrated within religious networks

This isn't religious freedom—this is religious monopoly. And economic history teaches us that monopolies always lead to corruption and consumer harm. In this case, the "consumers" being harmed are Utah's children.

"But Jesus called them to Himself and said, 'You know that the rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and their great men exercise authority over them. It is not this way among you, but whoever wishes to become great among you shall be your servant.'" - Matthew 20:25-26

The $100+ Billion Question: Wealth Without Accountability

The Secret Financial Empire

The LDS Church's wealth isn't just significant—it's staggering and systematically hidden from scrutiny:

Estimated $100+ billion in total assets

SEC fined the church $5 million in 2023 for illegally concealing $32 billion in investments

Ensign Peak Advisors secretly managed massive portfolios while members paid tithing

Real estate holdings across the globe are worth tens of billions

Business empire through Deseret Management Corporation spans insurance, media, agriculture, and retail

Here's the devastating question: With all this wealth—more than the GDP of most nations—why are Utah's children killing themselves at rates higher than anywhere else in America?

"For what does it profit a man to gain the whole world, and forfeit his soul?" - Mark 8:36

The Business Network: Economic Control

The church's business interests create webs of influence touching every major decision in Utah:

Deseret Management Corporation owns dozens of major businesses
Insurance companies providing coverage to state employees
Newspapers and radio stations shape public opinion
Shopping malls and real estate development are influencing urban planning
Investment portfolios rivaling sovereign wealth funds

When the same institution controls media, business, government, and social services, accountability disappears and children suffer. Just ask Donald Trump!

The Legal System: Justice Under Religious Influence

Utah's legal system demonstrates textbook characteristics of institutional capture:

The Attorney General's Office Pattern

Consistently led by attorneys from the dominant religious group
Pattern of settlements rather than trials in cases involving institutional interests
Reluctance to prosecute cases that might expose systematic problems

The Sexual Abuse Cover-Up Machine

Recent investigations and lawsuits reveal systematic patterns:

Documented cover-ups of abuse within religious institutions
Legal defense teams staffed entirely by co-religionists
Victims routinely silenced through NDAs and financial pressure
Law enforcement often including religious leaders from the same institution

"But if anyone causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him to have a large millstone hung around his neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea." - Matthew 18:6

When prosecutors, defense attorneys, judges, and law enforcement all belong to the same religious institution, can justice truly be blind? This system has operated for over a century. The time for exposure, confession, repentance, and coming out of institutional Babylon has arrived.

The Silicon Slopes Deception: Networking Disguised as Innovation

Utah's "Silicon Slopes" technology boom didn't happen through free market competition—it resulted from calculated networking and resource allocation:

The Religious Technology Network

Major Utah tech companies founded and led predominantly by members of one religious group
BYU and University of Utah serving as recruitment pipelines
Venture capital and private equity controlled by religious networks
Hiring and advancement patterns that favor religious networking

Non-members in Utah's tech sector frequently report:

Slower advancement opportunities despite equal or superior qualifications
Exclusion from key networking events held in religious settings
Different treatment in hiring and promotion decisions
Pressure to conform to religious cultural expectations for career advancement

"There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free man, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus." - Galatians 3:28

The Foster Care and Social Services Scandal: Monetizing Human Suffering

Having worked directly within Utah's therapeutic and foster care systems, I witnessed firsthand how institutional networks monetize human suffering:

The Foster Care Industrial Complex

Non-member families facing additional scrutiny in adoptions
Religious social services control significant placement decisions
Therapeutic facilities owned by religious businessmen are receiving preferential treatment
State contracts consistently awarded to religiously connected providers

The Licensing and Regulatory Capture

Regulatory enforcement varies based on ownership connections
Non-member providers are facing additional bureaucratic obstacles
Safety violations overlooked for connected operators
Whistleblowers facing professional and social retaliation

"Religion that is pure and undefiled before God, the Father, is this: to visit orphans and widows in their affliction, and to keep oneself unstained from the world." - James 1:27

The Media Blackout: Controlling the Narrative

Truth-telling in Utah faces systematic suppression through media control:

The Information Monopoly

Church-owned Deseret News shaping public opinion
Critical coverage of institutional issues consistently minimized
Investigative journalism into power structures actively discouraged
Local journalists facing career pressure to avoid certain topics

The Broadcasting Control Network

Church-owned radio and television stations
Advertising boycotts against independent media outlets
Economic pressure on journalists and media companies

When information flow is controlled by the same institution causing the problems, solutions become impossible.

The Enforcement Mechanism: Economic and Social Control

The institutional power structure doesn't rely on government force alone—it uses comprehensive economic and social pressure:

The Business Compliance System

Non-compliant businesses losing access to religious customer base
Suppliers and vendors pressured to cut ties with non-conforming companies
Banking and financing becoming difficult for non-connected businesses
Professional licensing and permits facing additional scrutiny

The Social Isolation Machine

Families facing ostracism from religious communities for questioning
Children excluded from social groups and activities
Professional networking opportunities are disappearing
Mental health consequences are driving people to conform, leave, or self-harm

"They tie up heavy burdens and lay them on men's shoulders, but they themselves are unwilling to move them with so much as a finger." - Matthew 23:4

The Aging Leadership Crisis: Figureheads and Shadow Controllers

Current institutional leadership presents a fascinating study in power dynamics:

The Gerontocracy Problem

The average age of senior religious leadership exceeds 80 years
Many are showing visible signs of cognitive decline
Decision-making is increasingly handled by unelected staff
Real power shifting to business executives and legal teams

The Shadow Cabinet

While elderly leaders serve as figureheads, actual decisions are made by:
Corporate executives in church-owned businesses
Investment managers controlling billions in assets
Legal teams managing crisis after crisis
Political operatives maintain government relationships

This mirrors exactly what we witnessed in Washington, DC—aging figureheads (Joe Biden = Russell) while unelected bureaucrats and business interests run the show.

The Human Cost: Real Stories Behind Statistics

Behind every statistic lies human suffering that demands our attention:

The Suicide Epidemic's Victims

Every young person who takes their life in Utah represents a failure of systems designed to protect them. The pressure to maintain perfection, conform to impossible standards, and hide authentic struggles creates conditions where death seems preferable to disappointing institutional expectations.

The Broken Family Crisis

Despite religious emphasis on eternal marriage, family dysfunction rates remain high. Why? Because systems demanding conformity over authenticity create relationships built on performance rather than genuine love and acceptance.

The Economic Casualties

Small business owners, professionals, and families who refuse to bow to institutional pressure face systematic economic destruction. Their stories don't make local news because the news apparatus is institutionally controlled.

"Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light." - Matthew 11:28-30

The Breaking Point: Why Change Is Inevitable

Several converging factors threaten institutional control:

Demographic Transformation

LDS percentage of Utah population declining annually
Non-Mormon migration accelerating with tech industry growth
Younger Mormons leaving institutional religion in record numbers
Urban areas becoming majority non-Mormon

The Information Revolution

Social media exposing previously hidden institutional failures
Former members organizing and speaking truth
National media attention increasing
Legal victories by abuse survivors creating precedent

Economic Diversification

National corporations bringing different values and standards
Tech workers from other states less willing to conform to local institutional pressure
Professional standards conflicting with religious institutional expectations

The Solution: A Comprehensive Approach to Institutional Reform

Like treating aggressive cancer, reforming Utah's institutional problems requires comprehensive, sustained intervention:

Federal Oversight and Investigation

IRS investigation of tax exemption compliance while operating massive for-profit enterprises
FBI investigation of systematic civil rights violations
Department of Justice review of the state legal system capture
Federal contract review for discriminatory practices

Economic Pressure and Diversification

Corporate responsibility initiatives highlighting discriminatory practices
Investment community ESG compliance reviews
Alternative business development outside existing networks
Support for minority-owned and non-connected businesses

Legal and Constitutional Reform

Stronger conflict-of-interest laws for public officials
Independent oversight of state agencies
Campaign finance reform addressing religious institutional influence
Constitutional convention to strengthen the separation of church and state

Mental Health Revolution

Trauma-informed care addressing religious perfectionism
Support systems for individuals transitioning away from high-pressure religious environments
Crisis intervention specifically addressing shame-based mental health crises
Research on connections between institutional religious pressure and suicide rates

"The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor. He has sent Me to proclaim release to the captives, and recovery of sight to the blind, to set free those who are oppressed." - Luke 4:18

The Biblical Mandate: Why Silence Is Sin

Scripture makes clear our obligation to protect the vulnerable:

"Rescue the weak and needy; deliver them out of the hand of the wicked." - Psalm 82:4

"Learn to do good; seek justice, reprove the ruthless, defend the orphan, plead for the widow." - Isaiah 1:17

"Open your mouth for the mute, for the rights of all the unfortunate. Open your mouth, judge righteously, and defend the rights of the afflicted and needy." - Proverbs 31:8-9

Every day we remain silent, more children die. Every month we hesitate to speak the truth, more families are destroyed. Every year, we accept institutional failure, and more lives are lost to systems that prioritize power over human dignity.

The Stakes: Utah's Soul and America's Future

This extends beyond Utah—it's about whether religious oligarchy can exist in 21st-century America. The institutional power structure represents a unique threat to democratic governance and individual liberty.

The choice is clear: Continue enabling corrupt systems that kill children and destroy families, or demand the accountability and transparency that democracy requires and that Christ commands.

"For nothing is hidden that will not become evident, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light." - Luke 8:17

Conclusion: The Time for Action Has Arrived

Utah can become a model of religious diversity, economic opportunity, and genuine human flourishing. But first, the institutional cancer must be completely removed. No half-measures. No political correctness. No more children's blood on our hands while we debate religious freedom.

"But when He saw the crowds, He felt compassion for them, because they were distressed and dispirited like sheep without a shepherd." - Matthew 9:36

The blood of Utah's children cries out for justice. Their cries have reached heaven, and heaven is responding. We are that response.

I am prepared to face whatever consequences come from speaking this truth. Lawsuits, imprisonment, persecution, beatings, or death—how blessed we would be to suffer for these children. This is not about destroying faith—this is about purifying institutions that have lost their way.

"And if it is disagreeable in your sight to serve the LORD, choose for yourselves today whom you will serve: whether the gods which your fathers served which were beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you are living; but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD." - Joshua 24:15

The Mormon people deserve better than institutions that have failed their children. Utah deserves better than systems that create the highest youth suicide rates in America. America deserves better than states where religious oligarchy masquerades as democracy.

But most importantly, God's children deserve better than systems that drive them to despair and death.

The exposure has begun. The accountability is coming. The children will be saved.

"The LORD will fight for you while you keep silent." - Exodus 14:14

This exposé is based on documented public statistics, court records, SEC violations, and three decades of direct experience within Utah's institutional systems. The greatest weapon of corrupt institutions has always been silence. That silence ends now.

For the children. For the truth. For the Kingdom.

The full exposé consists of five additional investigations that will forever change how you view institutional religious control in America:

"Exposing The Utah Deep State: A Call to Save God's Children" - The complete statistical breakdown and systematic documentation of how a $100+ billion religious empire operates while children die at America's highest suicide rates.

"Understanding Religious Cults: Identification, Methods, and Social Impact" - The objective academic framework that reveals how to identify harmful religious organizations using measurable criteria rather than theological opinion.

"LDS Church Assessment Using Cult Identification Framework" - The shocking results when objective cult criteria are applied to Utah's dominant institution, revealing a score that predicts exactly the community devastation we observe.

"The Cries of the Children: A Call to Stand for the Voiceless" - The rallying cry for every person of conscience to join the fight for justice and vindication of those whose voices have been silenced forever.

"Where Are Our Champions?" - The urgent appeal to America's most powerful change agents to deploy their resources and influence to save Utah's children before more lives are lost.

Each article builds upon the last, creating an irrefutable case for immediate action. The children cannot wait. Justice cannot be delayed. Read them all—their lives depend on it.

May God grant us the courage to act on this evidence, the wisdom to implement comprehensive reform, and the mercy to heal the wounds created by institutional religious abuse. The children are counting on us. Their blood cries out from the ground for justice. How long, O Lord, will we wait to answer their cries?

"He has told you, O man, what is good; And what does the LORD require of you But to do justice, to love kindness, And to walk humbly with your God?" - Micah 6:8
