Awaken Sleeper!

For those God has awakened, those whose spiritual eyes have been opened, who have heard the piercing alarm in the night, a profound and urgent truth now echoes in your soul: the slumbering Bride of Christ must awaken.

We stand at the precipice of a cosmic revelation, where the ancient deceptions of Babylon—masquerading as religious systems—are being unveiled.

The Blazing Call to Escape Babylon’s Religious Deception

This is not a call to shift from one denomination to another, but a blazing summons to abandon all human-made religion and step into the pure, unmediated relationship with Jesus Christ Himself.

If you are among the awakened, if you burn with HIS HOLY FIRE to see His Bride rise from her slumber, then prepare to sound the trumpet. For the time is short, the King is returning, and the hour has come to shake off the chains of spiritual apathy and declare: "Come out of her, My people!"

Revelation 18:4: “I heard another voice from heaven, saying, ‘Come out of her, my people, so that you will not participate in her sins and receive of her plagues.’”

WAKE UP. THE ALARM IS SOUNDING.

You’ve been lied to.

Every religious system you’ve trusted—every denomination, every tradition, every ritual, every human hierarchy claiming to mediate between you and God—is Babylon.

BABYLON IS RELIGION.
RELIGION IS BABYLON.

And Jesus Christ is calling you OUT.

Not out of one religion into another. Not out of false religion into “true” religion.

OUT OF ALL RELIGION. INTO RELATIONSHIP. INTO CHRIST HIMSELF.

This isn’t a reformation. This isn’t a revival. This is a REVELATION—the unveiling of the cosmic deception that has enslaved humanity since the Tower of Babel.

The god of this world system is not Yahweh.
The god of religion is LUCIFER.
And his name is Babylon.

THE ORIGINAL SIN: SELF-GOVERNANCE

Genesis 11:4: “They said, ‘Come, let us build for ourselves a city, and a tower whose top will reach into heaven, and let us make for ourselves a name, otherwise we will be scattered abroad over the face of the whole earth.’”

Listen to the language: “For OURSELVES… for OURSELVES.”

This is the first sin repeating itself. The same rebellion that occurred in Eden:

Genesis 3:5: “For God knows that in the day you eat from it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.”

The serpent’s lie: “You can be your own god. You can determine good and evil for yourself. You don’t need Him.”

The result: SELF-GOVERNANCE. Autonomy. Independence from God. The very definition of sin.

SIN IS NOT PLURAL—IT IS SINGULAR

We’ve been taught that sin is “sins”—plural actions we commit. Murder, adultery, theft, lying.

That’s not biblical.

Romans 5:12: “Therefore, just as through one man sin entered into the world, and death through sin, and so death spread to all men, because all sinned.”

Notice: SIN (singular) entered the world.

Sin is not what you DO. Sin is what you ARE when separated from God.

Sin is SELF operating independently of God.

- SELF-will instead of God’s will

- SELF-effort instead of God’s power

- SELF-righteousness instead of God’s righteousness

- SELF-governance instead of God’s government

- SELF-glory instead of God’s glory

Every sin flows from the root: SELF asserting autonomy from God.

Isaiah 53:6: “All of us like sheep have gone astray, each of us has turned to his own way.”

“His OWN way”—there it is. SELF-determination. SELF-direction. SELF-rule.

That is Babylon. That is religion. That is the original rebellion.

BABEL: THE BIRTH OF RELIGION

At Babel, humanity said: “We will unite ourselves. We will build our own tower to heaven. We will make our own name. We will create our own system.”

This was the first RELIGION.

Not worship of God, but organized human effort to reach God on human terms.

Religion is man’s attempt to:

- Build a ladder to heaven (works-righteousness)

- Create unity apart from God (denominationalism)

- Make a name for themselves (reputation and status)

- Establish a system of control (hierarchy and priesthood)

- Achieve righteousness by human effort (legalism)

Genesis 11:6: “The LORD said, ‘Behold, they are one people, and they all have the same language. And this is what they began to do, and now nothing which they purpose to do will be impossible for them.’”

God looked at their unity and said: “This is dangerous.”

Why? Because unity apart from God is demonic.

Humanity united under SELF-governance, under human leadership, under Lucifer’s deception—is the very definition of Babylon.

LUCIFER: THE FOUNDER OF ALL RELIGION

Who was behind Babel?

Genesis 10:8-10: “Now Cush became the father of Nimrod; he became a mighty one on the earth. He was a mighty hunter before the LORD… The beginning of his kingdom was Babel and Erech and Accad and Calneh, in the land of Shinar.”

Nimrod—the first tyrant, the first empire-builder, the founder of Babel. His name means “rebel” or “let us rebel.”

But Nimrod wasn’t acting alone. Behind every human rebellion stands the Rebel, the original one who said:

Isaiah 14:13-14: “But you said in your heart, ‘I will ascend to heaven; I will raise my throne above the stars of God, and I will sit on the mount of assembly in the recesses of the north. I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will make myself like the Most High.’”

Five “I wills”—the blueprint for all rebellion. SELF exalting itself against God.

Lucifer is the author of SELF-deification.
Lucifer is the father of autonomy.
Lucifer is the architect of Babylon.
Lucifer is the founder of all religion.

2 Corinthians 11:14: “No wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light.”

He doesn’t come as a devil. He comes as religion—beautiful, organized, respectable, moral-looking systems that keep people from direct, unmediated relationship with God through Christ alone.

EVERY RELIGION IS BABYLON

Every single one.

- Judaism without Christ? Babylon. (Rejecting the Messiah is the ultimate SELF-righteousness)

- Islam? Babylon. (Denies Jesus as God, substitutes human works for grace)

- Hinduism? Babylon. (SELF becomes god through reincarnation and karma)

- Buddhism? Babylon. (SELF achieves enlightenment through SELF-effort)

- New Age? Babylon. (You are god; you create your own reality)

- Atheism? Babylon. (SELF is the ultimate authority; no God above me)

- Mormonism? Babylon. (You can become a god; Christ + works)

- Jehovah’s Witnesses? Babylon. (Deny Jesus as God; works-based salvation)

- Roman Catholicism? Babylon. (Christ + church + sacraments + Mary + saints + purgatory)

- Prosperity Gospel? Babylon. (God exists to serve your SELF-interest)

- Legalistic Christianity? Babylon. (Christ + your obedience + your holiness)

- Seeker-Sensitive Christianity? Babylon. (Church exists to meet your SELF-needs)

- Charismania? Babylon. (Experience and emotion elevated above Christ and His Word)

- Denominationalism? Babylon. (Human divisions claiming superiority)

ANY system that puts ANYTHING between you and direct access to God through Christ ALONE is Babylon.

ANY system that adds human effort to Christ’s finished work is Babylon.

ANY system that exalts SELF—your will, your works, your wisdom, your way—is Babylon.

RELIGION: THE COUNTERFEIT OF RELATIONSHIP

God never invented religion. Man did.

James 1:27: “Pure and undefiled religion in the sight of our God and Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their distress, and to keep oneself unstained by the world.”

Notice: Even when James uses the word “religion,” he defines it as loving action and personal holiness—not rituals, not institutions, not hierarchies.

God wants relationship, not religion.

- Religion says: “Do this and live.”
- Relationship says: “I have done it all; now live in Me.”

- Religion says: “Climb the ladder.”
- Relationship says: “I came down to you.”

- Religion says: “Earn your way.”
- Relationship says: “It is finished.”

- Religion says: “Follow these rules.”
- Relationship says: “Follow Me.”

- Religion says: “You must become holy.”
- Relationship says: “You are made holy in Christ.”

Colossians 2:20-23: “If you have died with Christ to the elementary principles of the world, why, as if you were living in the world, do you submit yourself to decrees, such as, ‘Do not handle, do not taste, do not touch!’ (which all refer to things destined to perish with use)—in accordance with the commandments and teachings of men? These are matters which have, to be sure, the appearance of wisdom in self-made religion and self-abasement and severe treatment of the body, but are of no value against fleshly indulgence.”

“SELF-made religion”—there it is. Religion is SELF trying to reach God. It’s Babel. It’s Babylon.

THE UNITY OF THE FAITH vs. RELIGIOUS UNITY

Ephesians 4:3-6, 13: “Being diligent to preserve the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. There is one body and one Spirit, just as also you were called in one hope of your calling; one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all who is over all and through all and in all… until we all attain to the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a mature man, to the measure of the stature which belongs to the fullness of Christ.”

There is ONE FAITH.

Not many faiths. Not multiple denominations. Not various paths to God.

ONE LORD. ONE FAITH. ONE BAPTISM. ONE GOD.

This unity is not achieved by human organization—it already EXISTS in the Spirit.

When you are in Christ, you are already united with every other believer in Christ—regardless of what building you meet in or what label you wear.

But Babylon tries to counterfeit this unity.

Babylon says: “Let’s unite under THIS organization, THIS leader, THIS system, THIS tradition.”

That’s Babel all over again.

Genesis 11:4: “Let us build for ourselves… let us make for ourselves a name.”

Religious unity is SELF-driven unity. It’s rebellion masked as righteousness.

THE UNITY OF THE FAITH REQUIRES THE DEATH OF SELF

Galatians 2:20: “I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me.”

“No longer I”—the death of SELF.

John 3:30: “He must increase, but I must decrease.”

Luke 9:23: “If anyone wishes to come after Me, he must deny himself, and take up his cross daily and follow Me.”

Deny HIMSELF.

Not deny sin. Not deny pleasure. Deny SELF.

Religion inflates SELF:

- Look at my obedience
- Look at my knowledge
- Look at my spiritual gifts
- Look at my good works
- Look at my denomination
- Look at my tradition
- Look at how holy I am

The Gospel crucifies SELF:

- I am dead
- Christ lives in me
- His obedience, not mine
- His righteousness, not mine
- His work, not mine
- His glory, not mine

Religion is a bunch of SELVES pretending to be godly.
The Gospel is CHRIST living through crucified vessels.

BABYLON: THE SYSTEM OF SELF-GLORIFICATION

Revelation 18:7: “To the degree that she glorified herself and lived sensuously, to the same degree give her torment and mourning; for she says in her heart, ‘I sit as a queen and I am not a widow, and will never see mourning.’”

“I sit as a queen.” SELF-exaltation. Pride. Autonomy.

Babylon is every system—political, economic, religious—that glorifies SELF and ignores God.

Daniel 4:30: “The king reflected and said, ‘Is this not Babylon the great, which I myself have built as a royal residence by the might of my power and for the glory of my majesty?’”

“I myself… my power… my majesty.”

That’s Babylon. That’s religion. That’s SELF.

And God’s response to Nebuchadnezzar? Immediate judgment. He was driven insane until he acknowledged God’s sovereignty (Daniel 4:34-37).

LUCIFER’S MISSION: WEAKEN THE NATIONS THROUGH BABYLON

Isaiah 14:12: “How you have fallen from heaven, O star of the morning, son of the dawn! You have been cut down to the earth, you who have weakened the nations!”

Lucifer’s goal: WEAKEN the nations.

How? Through Babylon—through religious deception.

Revelation 18:23: “And the light of a lamp will not shine in you any longer; and the voice of the bridegroom and bride will not be heard in you any longer; for your merchants were the great men of the earth, because all the nations were deceived by your sorcery.”

“All the nations were DECEIVED by your sorcery.”

The Greek word for “sorcery” is pharmakeia—the root of “pharmacy.” It means drugging, enchanting, deceiving through potions and spells.

Babylon drugs the nations with religious deception.

She makes them drunk on:

- Human wisdom
- Human effort
- Human glory
- Human systems
- Human righteousness

Jeremiah 51:7: “Babylon has been a golden cup in the hand of the LORD, intoxicating all the earth. The nations have drunk of her wine; therefore the nations are going mad.”

Madness. That’s what religion produces. Insanity.

- Wars fought over doctrine
- People killed over theology
- Crusades, inquisitions, witch hunts
- Cults controlling lives
- Legalism crushing souls
- Hypocrisy destroying witness

This is Babylon. This is what Lucifer does through religion.

THERE IS NO MIDDLE GROUND

Matthew 12:30: “He who is not with Me is against Me; and he who does not gather with Me scatters.”

You are either IN CHRIST or IN BABYLON.

There is no middle ground. No neutrality. No third option.

Revelation 3:15-16: “I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot; I wish that you were cold or hot. So because you are lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold, I will spit you out of My mouth.”

Lukewarm Christianity IS Babylon.

Going through religious motions while living for SELF.

Claiming Jesus while serving Mammon.

Professing faith while pursuing worldly glory.

God will vomit you out of His mouth.

THE CALL: COME OUT OF HER

Revelation 18:4-5: “I heard another voice from heaven, saying, ‘Come out of her, my people, so that you will not participate in her sins and receive of her plagues; for her sins have piled up as high as heaven, and God has remembered her iniquities.’”

“COME OUT OF HER, MY PEOPLE.”

Not “Come out of the world.”
Not “Come out of sin.”

“Come out of HER”—out of BABYLON.

Out of:

- Religious systems
- Human hierarchies
- Denominational divisions
- Traditional bondage
- Ritualistic slavery
- Legalistic performance
- Works-based righteousness
- SELF-centered spirituality

INTO WHAT?

INTO CHRIST HIMSELF.

Not into a better church. INTO CHRIST.

Not into a purer denomination. INTO CHRIST.

Not into a more biblical system. INTO CHRIST.

2 Corinthians 11:2-3: “For I am jealous for you with a godly jealousy; for I betrothed you to one husband, so that to Christ I might present you as a pure virgin. But I am afraid that, as the serpent deceived Eve by his craftiness, your minds will be led astray from the simplicity and purity of devotion to Christ.”

“The simplicity and purity of devotion to CHRIST.”

Not to a church.
Not to a leader.
Not to a doctrine.
Not to a system.

TO CHRIST. PERIOD.

JESUS DESTROYS BABYLON

Revelation 18:8: “For this reason in one day her plagues will come, pestilence and mourning and famine, and she will be burned up with fire; for the Lord God who judges her is strong.”

Revelation 19:11-16: “And I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse, and He who sat on it is called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and wages war… From His mouth comes a sharp sword, so that with it He may strike down the nations, and He will rule them with a rod of iron; and He treads the wine press of the fierce wrath of God, the Almighty. And on His robe and on His thigh He has a name written, ‘KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.’”

Jesus is coming back.

Not as the gentle carpenter.
Not as the suffering servant.

As the CONQUERING KING.

And He will destroy every Babylonian system:

- Every false religion

- Every corrupt government

- Every exploitative economy

- Every prideful empire

- Every human system built on SELF

He will judge:

- The false prophets who led people astray

- The hirelings who fleeced the flock

- The wolves in sheep’s clothing

- The religious leaders who bound heavy burdens

- The hypocrites who loved position over people

- The Pharisees who shut the kingdom of heaven in people’s faces

Matthew 23:13, 33: “But woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites, because you shut off the kingdom of heaven from people; for you do not enter in yourselves, nor do you allow those who are entering to go in… You serpents, you brood of vipers, how will you escape the sentence of hell?”

Strong words from gentle Jesus.

Why? Because religious deception damns souls.

IT IS TIME TO WAKE UP

Romans 13:11-12: “Do this, knowing the time, that it is already the hour for you to awaken from sleep; for now salvation is nearer to us than when we believed. The night is almost gone, and the day is near. Therefore let us lay aside the deeds of darkness and put on the armor of light.”

Ephesians 5:14: “For this reason it says, ‘Awake, sleeper, and arise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you.’”

YOU ARE ASLEEP IN BABYLON.

Comfortable in religious routine.
Content with Christian culture.
Satisfied with spiritual performance.

WAKE UP.

The alarm is sounding.
The King is returning.
Babylon is falling.

And if you’re still in her when she falls, you will fall with her.

THE CHOICE IS YOURS

Joshua 24:15: “If it is disagreeable in your sight to serve the LORD, choose for yourselves today whom you will serve: whether the gods which your fathers served which were beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you are living; but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.”

CHOOSE THIS DAY:

BABYLON or CHRIST?
Religion or Relationship?
SELF or Savior?
Human effort or Divine grace?
Works or Faith?
Law or Gospel?
Bondage or Freedom?

You cannot serve both.

Matthew 6:24: “No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to one and despise the other.”

THE WARNING: TIME IS RUNNING OUT

Revelation 18:10: “Standing at a distance because of the fear of her torment, saying, ‘Woe, woe, the great city, Babylon, the strong city! For in one hour your judgment has come.’”

“In ONE HOUR.”

Sudden. Swift. Irreversible.

You think you have time to get right with God later?
You think you can play religious games and escape judgment?
You think God doesn’t see through the facade?

Hebrews 4:13: “And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are open and laid bare to the eyes of Him with whom we have to do.”

He sees everything.

Your secret sins.
Your hidden pride.
Your religious pretense.
Your love of SELF.

And He’s calling you OUT.

COME OUT. COME TO CHRIST. COME HOME.

Jesus said:

Matthew 11:28-30: “Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”

Not “Come to this church.”
Not “Come to this denomination.”
Not “Come to this system.”

“COME TO ME.”

John 14:6: “Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me.’”

Not through religion.
Not through good works.
Not through human effort.

THROUGH JESUS. ALONE.

2 Corinthians 6:17-18: ”‘Therefore, come out from their midst and be separate,’ says the Lord. ‘And do not touch what is unclean; and I will welcome you. And I will be a father to you, and you shall be sons and daughters to Me,’ says the Lord Almighty.”
