Where is NIMROD Today?

Forget your political parties, your preferred cable news host, and your comfortable church pew—because the enemy you are fighting is not a man, but a system, and it is already running the world.

The story of Nimrod, the first post-Flood tyrant, is not a dusty history lesson; it is the blueprint for every single dictator, antichrist, and globalist agenda operating today, and its capital is not a ruined city in Iraq, but the soul-corrupting, wealth-worshiping, Christ-denying Babylonian system that is currently choking the life out of Western Civilization.

It is time to drop the euphemisms, quit playing culture war games, and face the raw, unsanitized truth: you are either building the kingdom of the Rebel, or you are getting out before the final fire falls.

The Blueprint for Every Tyrant from Pharaoh to the Final Beast

“The beginning of his kingdom was Babel.” — Genesis 10:10

The Name That Became a Curse

In modern language, to call someone a “nimrod” is to call them a fool, an idiot, a bumbling incompetent.

But the original Nimrod was no fool.

He was the most dangerous man who ever lived before the Flood—and arguably since.

He was:

- The first post-Flood tyrant

- The founder of Babylon

- The builder of the Tower of Babel

- The establisher of organized rebellion against God

- The prototype for every antichrist who would follow

His name means “REBEL” or “LET US REBEL.”

And his legacy haunts humanity to this day.

PART I: WHO WAS NIMROD? The Biblical and Extra-Biblical Evidence

The Biblical Account

Genesis 10:8-12 “Now Cush became the father of Nimrod; he became a mighty one on the earth. He was a mighty hunter before the LORD; therefore it is said, ‘Like Nimrod a mighty hunter before the LORD.’ The beginning of his kingdom was Babel and Erech and Accad and Calneh, in the land of Shinar. From that land he went forth to Assyria, and built Nineveh and Rehoboth-Ir and Calah, and Resen between Nineveh and Calah; that is the great city.”

Key details:

- His lineage: Cush → son of Ham → son of Noah (the cursed line, Genesis 9:25)

- “He became a mighty one” - Hebrew gibbor, same word used for Nephilim (Genesis 6:4)

- “A mighty hunter before the LORD” - lipne YHWH = “in defiance of the LORD”

- Founded Babel - The birthplace of organized rebellion

- Built multiple cities - Empire builder, the first globalizer

The Name: (Nimrod)

From the Hebrew root (marad) = “to rebel, to revolt”

Possible meanings:

- “We will rebel”
- “Let us rebel”
- “The Rebel”
- “Rebellion”

His very name is a declaration of war against God.

-----

The Book of Jasher: Nimrod’s Rise to Power

Note: The Book of Jasher is mentioned twice in Scripture (Joshua 10:13, 2 Samuel 1:18) as a historical record. While not canonical, it provides ancient Jewish understanding of these events.

Jasher 7:23-27 describes Nimrod’s early life:

“And Cush the son of Ham, the son of Noah, took a wife in those days in his old age, and she bare a son, and they called his name Nimrod, saying, ’At that time the sons of men again began to rebel and transgress against God, and the child grew up, and his father loved him exceedingly, for he was the son of his old age. And the garments of skin which God made for Adam and his wife, when they went out of the garden, were given to Cush. For after the death of Adam and his wife, the garments were given to Enoch, the son of Jared, and when Enoch was taken up to God, he gave them to Methuselah, his son. And at the death of Methuselah, Noah took them and brought them to the ark, and they were with him until he went out of the ark. And in their going out, Ham stole those garments from Noah his father, and he took them and hid them from his brothers. And when Ham begat his first born Cush, he gave him the garments in secret, and they were with Cush many days. And Cush also concealed them from his sons and brothers, and when Cush had begotten Nimrod, he gave him those garments through his love for him, and Nimrod grew up, and when he was twenty years old he put on those garments. And Nimrod became strong when he put on the garments, and God gave him might and strength, and he was a mighty hunter in the earth, yea, he was a mighty hunter in the field, and he hunted the animals and he built altars, and he offered upon them the animals before the Lord.”

Key revelations:

- Nimrod possessed Adam’s garments - Given supernatural authority and power

- These garments were stolen - Ham stole them from Noah (continuing the rebellious line)

- The garments gave him strength - Supernatural might, possibly angelic technology

- He hunted animals initially - Then turned to hunting men

- He built altars - Established false religion

Jasher 7:28-29 continues:

“And Nimrod strengthened himself, and he rose up from amongst his brethren, and he fought the battles of his brethren against all their enemies round about. And the Lord delivered all the enemies of his brethren in his hands, and God prospered him from time to time in his battles, and he reigned upon earth. Therefore it became current in those days, when a man ushered forth those that he had trained up for battle, he would say to them, ‘Like God did to Nimrod, who was a mighty hunter in the earth, and who succeeded in the battles that prevailed against his brethren, that he delivered them from the hands of their enemies, so may God strengthen us and deliver us this day.’”

Nimrod became a military conqueror, a warlord, the first post-Flood empire builder.

Jasher 7:45-46:

“And all the families assembled consisting of about six hundred thousand men, and they went to seek Nimrod, and Terah the father of Abraham heard it, and he also went with them. And when God saw the evil doings of the sons of men, that they went again to rebel against him by serving idols and by their iniquities, God was angry with them. And Nimrod was in Shinar, and he reigned securely, and he fought with his enemies and he subdued them, and he prospered in all his battles, and his kingdom became very great. And all nations and tongues heard of his fame, and they gathered themselves to him, and they bowed down to the earth, and they brought him offerings, and he became their lord and king, and they all dwelt with him in Shinar, and Nimrod reigned in the earth over all the sons of Noah, and they were all under his power and counsel.”

The entire post-Flood world submitted to Nimrod’s rule.

This is the first one-world government. The first New World Order. The first global tyranny.

-----

The Book of Enoch: Context of the Watchers

While Enoch predates Nimrod, understanding the Watchers is crucial to understanding Nimrod’s power.

1 Enoch 6-7 describes the Watchers who fell in Genesis 6, taking human wives and teaching humanity forbidden knowledge:

“And they began to go in unto them and to defile themselves with them, and they taught them charms and enchantments, and the cutting of roots, and made them acquainted with plants. And they became pregnant, and they bare great giants… And Azazel taught men to make swords, and knives, and shields, and breastplates… And as men perished, they cried, and their cry went up to heaven.”

The Watchers taught humanity:

- Warfare technology
- Weapons manufacturing
- Sorcery and enchantments
- Astrology and divination
- Metallurgy and armor

This forbidden knowledge didn’t die in the Flood—Nimrod accessed it.

Through the garments of Adam (according to Jasher) or through demonic revelation (according to tradition), Nimrod possessed supernatural knowledge and power.

-----

Josephus: Nimrod the Tyrant

Flavius Josephus (Antiquities of the Jews, Book 1, Chapter 4):

“Now it was Nimrod who excited them to such an affront and contempt of God. He was the grandson of Ham, the son of Noah, a bold man, and of great strength of hand. He persuaded them not to ascribe it to God, as if it was through his means they were happy, but to believe that it was their own courage which procured that happiness. He also gradually changed the government into tyranny, seeing no other way of turning men from the fear of God, but to bring them into a constant dependence on his power. He also said he would be revenged on God, if he should have a mind to drown the world again; for that he would build a tower too high for the waters to reach. And that he would avenge himself on God for destroying their forefathers.”

Key revelations from Josephus:

- Nimrod turned people from God - Taught them to trust in their own strength

- Changed government into tyranny - First dictator

- Brought them under dependence on his power - Cult of personality

- Sought revenge on God - Built the tower to defy another flood

- Blamed God for the Flood - Victimhood narrative (like Cain)

This is the Nimrod pattern that every tyrant follows.

-----

PART II: THE NIMROD PATTERN - The Antichrist Blueprint

The Seven Characteristics of the Nimrod Spirit

1. REBELLION AGAINST GOD

His name means “rebel.” His entire existence is defined by opposition to God.

2 Thessalonians 2:3-4 “Let no one in any way deceive you, for it will not come unless the apostasy comes first, and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of destruction, who opposes and exalts himself above every so-called god or object of worship, so that he takes his seat in the temple of God, displaying himself as being God.”

Every antichrist figure:

- Opposes God
- Exalts self above God
- Demands worship as god

2. MILITARY CONQUEST (“Mighty Hunter”)

Nimrod was a “hunter”—not of animals, but of men.

He conquered, enslaved, and built his empire through violence.

Revelation 13:4, 7 “They worshiped the dragon because he gave his authority to the beast; and they worshiped the beast, saying, ‘Who is like the beast, and who is able to wage war with him?’… It was also given to him to make war with the saints and to overcome them, and authority over every tribe and people and tongue and nation was given to him.”

Every antichrist:

- Conquers through military might
- Enslaves nations
- Boasts of his power

3. CENTRALIZED POWER (Empire Building)

Nimrod didn’t just rule one city—he built an empire:

- Babel (Babylon)
- Erech (Uruk)
- Accad (Akkad)
- Calneh
- Nineveh
- Rehoboth
- Calah
- Resen

The first globalist. The first one-world government.

Daniel 7:23 “Thus he said: ‘The fourth beast will be a fourth kingdom on the earth, which will be different from all the other kingdoms and will devour the whole earth and tread it down and crush it.’”

Every antichrist seeks global dominion.

4. FALSE RELIGION (The Tower/Ziggurat System)

Genesis 11:4 “Come, let us build for ourselves a city, and a tower whose top will reach into heaven.”

The Tower of Babel was a ziggurat—a Mesopotamian temple-tower designed as a gateway between heaven and earth, where humans could access the divine realm through ritual.

This is the origin of organized false religion:

- Priests mediating between God and man

- Rituals and works to earn divine favor

- Idolatry and polytheism

- Astrology and occultism (ziggurat tops were observatories)

Revelation 17:4-5 “The woman was clothed in purple and scarlet, and adorned with gold and precious stones and pearls, having in her hand a gold cup full of abominations and of the unclean things of her immorality, and on her forehead a name was written, a mystery, ‘BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.’”

Every antichrist establishes false religion that leads people away from the true God.

5. SELF-DEIFICATION (Making a Name)

Genesis 11:4 “Let us make for ourselves a name.”

Nimrod sought glory for himself, not God.

Daniel 11:36 “Then the king will do as he pleases, and he will exalt and magnify himself above every god and will speak monstrous things against the God of gods; and he will prosper until the indignation is finished, for that which is decreed will be done.”

Every antichrist:

- Exalts himself
- Demands recognition
- Makes a name for himself
- Claims divine status

6. FEAR AND INTIMIDATION (Tyranny)

Josephus: “He gradually changed the government into tyranny… bringing them into constant dependence on his power.”

Nimrod ruled through fear. People submitted because they were terrified of him.

Revelation 13:15-16 “And it was given to him to give breath to the image of the beast, so that the image of the beast would even speak and cause as many as do not worship the image of the beast to be killed. And he causes all, the small and the great, and the rich and the poor, and the free men and the slaves, to be given a mark on their right hand or on their forehead.”

Every antichrist:

- Rules through terror
- Enforces compliance
- Kills dissenters

7. OPPOSITION TO GOD’S PEOPLE

According to Jewish tradition (Midrash), Nimrod attempted to kill Abraham.

When Abraham refused to worship idols, Nimrod threw him into a fiery furnace (prefiguring Nebuchadnezzar’s actions in Daniel 3).

God delivered Abraham from the flames.

Revelation 13:7 “It was also given to him to make war with the saints and to overcome them.”

Every antichrist persecutes God’s people.

-----

PART III: NIMROD’S DESCENDANTS - The Gallery of Antichrists

PHARAOH: The Slave Master

Exodus 1:8-10 “Now a new king arose over Egypt, who did not know Joseph. He said to his people, ‘Behold, the people of the sons of Israel are more and mightier than we. Come, let us deal wisely with them, or else they will multiply and in the event of war, they will also join themselves to those who hate us, and fight against us and depart from the land.’”

The Nimrod Pattern:

- Fear of losing power - “They are mightier than we”

- Enslavement - Made them brick-makers (like Babel)

- Genocide - Killed Hebrew baby boys (Exodus 1:16)

- Self-deification - Pharaoh was worshiped as a god

- Opposition to God - “Who is the LORD that I should obey His voice?” (Exodus 5:2)

Pharaoh = Nimrod reborn in Egypt.

NEBUCHADNEZZAR: The Image Maker

Daniel 3:1, 4-6 “Nebuchadnezzar the king made an image of gold, the height of which was sixty cubits and its width six cubits… Then the herald loudly proclaimed: ‘To you the command is given, O peoples, nations and men of every language, that at the moment you hear the sound of the horn, flute, lyre, trigon, psaltery, bagpipe and all kinds of music, you are to fall down and worship the golden image that Nebuchadnezzar the king has set up. But whoever does not fall down and worship shall immediately be cast into the midst of a furnace of blazing fire.’”

The Nimrod Pattern:

- Image of gold - Represents Babylon (Daniel 2:38)

- Global worship mandate - All peoples, nations, languages

- Music as manipulation - Just like Babel united through one language

- Death for non-compliance - Fiery furnace

- Self-worship - The image was of himself

Daniel 4:30 “The king reflected and said, ‘Is this not Babylon the great, which I myself have built as a royal residence by the might of my power and for the glory of my majesty?’”

“I myself… my power… my majesty” - Pure Nimrod pride.

Nebuchadnezzar = Nimrod ruling the literal Babylon he founded.

ANTIOCHUS EPIPHANES: The Abomination

Daniel 11:31 “Forces from him will arise, desecrate the sanctuary fortress, and do away with the regular sacrifice. And they will set up the abomination of desolation.”

Antiochus IV Epiphanes (175-164 BC):

- Called himself “Epiphanes” - “God Manifest” (claiming divinity)

- Desecrated the Temple - Sacrificed a pig on the altar

- Outlawed Judaism - Banned Torah, Sabbath, circumcision

- Forced idol worship - Set up Zeus statue in the Temple

- Slaughtered Jews - 80,000 killed, 40,000 enslaved

The Nimrod pattern perfected. A prototype for the final Antichrist.

HEROD: The Child Killer

Matthew 2:16 “Then when Herod saw that he had been tricked by the magi, he became very enraged, and sent and slew all the male children who were in Bethlehem and all its vicinity, from two years old and under, according to the time which he had determined from the magi.”

The Nimrod Pattern:

- Paranoid about losing power - Feared the coming King

- Mass infanticide - Like Pharaoh, killed babies

- Self-proclaimed king - “King of the Jews” (though not Jewish)

- Brutal tyranny - Killed his own wife and sons

- Opposed Messiah - Attempted to kill Jesus

Herod = Nimrod trying to prevent the Seed of the Woman.

NERO: The Beast of Rome

According to tradition, Nero:

- Burned Rome - Then blamed Christians

- Persecuted the Church - Crucified Peter, beheaded Paul

- Claimed divinity - Required worship as god

- Extreme cruelty - Used Christians as human torches

- Demanded loyalty - Caesar worship or death

Revelation 13:18 “Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for the number is that of a man; and his number is six hundred and sixty-six.”

In Hebrew gematria, “Nero Caesar” (666)

Nero = Nimrod ruling the Roman Empire.

THE POPES: Spiritual Nimrods

The Papal system mirrors Nimrod’s false religion:

- Claims to be “Holy Father” - Usurping God’s title (Matthew 23:9)

- Claims to be “Vicar of Christ” - Substitute for Christ (anti-Christ)

- Claims to sit in the seat of Peter - But Peter never claimed supremacy

- Mediates between God and man - Like the ziggurat priests

- Demands submission - “No salvation outside the Church”

- Wears crowns - Triple tiara symbolizing authority over heaven, earth, and hell

- Called “Pontifex Maximus” - “Greatest Bridge Builder” - Same title as pagan Roman emperors

2 Thessalonians 2:4: “Who opposes and exalts himself above every so-called god or object of worship, so that he takes his seat in the temple of God, displaying himself as being God.”

The Papal system = The ziggurat system of Babel in “Christian” form.

HITLER: The Modern Nimrod

Adolf Hitler:

- Sought to unite Europe - New World Order

- Claimed Aryan supremacy - Master race ideology

- Genocide of Jews - 6 million murdered (continuing Satan’s war on the Seed)

- Cult of personality - “Heil Hitler” = worship

- Occultism - Nazi connection to Thule Society, occult practices

- Empire building - Third Reich (third kingdom)

- Opposed God’s people - Attempted to exterminate the Jews

Hitler = Nimrod in the 20th century.

MODERN PRESIDENTS, KINGS, PRIME MINISTERS

Every leader who:

- Centralizes power
- Demands loyalty above God
- Promotes self
- Builds empire
- Opposes God’s law
- Persecutes believers

…is operating in the spirit of Nimrod.

This includes:

- Presidents who promote abortion, LGBTQ+ ideology, religious persecution

- Kings who claim divine right

- Prime Ministers who enforce anti-Christian laws

- Dictators who murder and oppress

All are lesser antichrists following the Nimrod blueprint.

-----

PART IV: CHARLIE KIRK VS. JESUS - The Great Contrast

Charlie Kirk: Living to Argue

Charlie Kirk (founder of Turning Point USA) represents modern Christian political activism:

- Debates on college campuses
- Fights culture wars
- Defends conservative values
- Mobilizes Christian voters
- Argues for America

His mission: Win arguments, change culture through politics, make America great.

He lived to ARGUE.

Jesus: Living to Die

Jesus never:

- Debated politics
- Organized protests
- Lobbied Rome
- Mobilized voters
- Fought culture wars

Jesus’ mission:

Mark 10:45 “For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many.”

He came to DIE.

Luke 9:51 “When the days were approaching for His ascension, He was determined to go to Jerusalem.”

He “set His face toward Jerusalem”—toward the Cross.

John 12:27 “Now My soul has become troubled; and what shall I say, ‘Father, save Me from this hour’? But for this purpose I came to this hour.”

His PURPOSE was the Cross.

Charlie Kirk represents the Nimrod approach: “Let US build, let US fight, let US win through human effort.”

Jesus represents the Kingdom approach: “Not My will, but Yours. I die so others live.”

One builds Babel. The other destroys it.

-----

PART V: THE QUESTION - Is Nimrod a Descendant of Cain?

The Biblical Genealogy

Genesis 10:1, 6, 8: “Now these are the records of the generations of Shem, Ham, and Japheth, the sons of Noah… The sons of Ham were Cush and Mizraim and Put and Canaan… Now Cush became the father of Nimrod.”

Official genealogy: Noah → Ham → Cush → Nimrod

But Genesis 4:17-24 traces Cain’s line, which apparently ended in the Flood.

The Theory: Nephilim DNA Through Ham’s Wife

Genesis 6:4: “The Nephilim were on the earth in those days, and also afterward.”

“And also afterward” - After the Flood.

Theory: Ham’s wife (not named in Scripture) carried Nephilim genetics, which passed to:

- Canaan (cursed by Noah in Genesis 9:25)
- Cush
- Nimrod

The Evidence:

- Nimrod was a “gibbor” - Same word for Nephilim (“mighty men”)

- Canaan was cursed - Not Ham himself, but his son Canaan

- Canaanites had giants - Anakim, Rephaim (Numbers 13:33)

- Nimrod possessed supernatural power - The garments, according to Jasher

- Nimrod’s behavior mirrors pre-Flood wickedness - Violence, rebellion, empire

The Spiritual Reality:

Whether Nimrod had literal Nephilim DNA or simply operated in the same demonic spirit, the result is the same:

He was empowered by Satan to establish the Babylonian system of rebellion against God.

He carries forward the “seed of the serpent” - not necessarily genetically, but definitely spiritually.

1 John 3:8, 10, 12 “The one who practices sin is of the devil; for the devil has sinned from the beginning… By this the children of God and the children of the devil are obvious: anyone who does not practice righteousness is not of God… Not as Cain, who was of the evil one and slew his brother.”

There are two seeds:

- Children of God
- Children of the devil

Nimrod is of the seed of the devil, continuing the work of Cain: rebellion, violence, and opposition to God.

-----

PART VI: BABYLON TODAY - How It Continues to Haunt Humanity

The Morphing of Babylon

Nimrod’s Babylon has never died. It has morphed through history:

1. ANCIENT BABYLON (Nimrod, Nebuchadnezzar)

- Literal city, literal empire
- Ziggurat worship
- Astrological religion
- Human empire

2. MEDO-PERSIA (Daniel 5-6)

- Conquered Babylon but absorbed its systems
- Maintained empire structure
- Continued persecution of God’s people

3. GREECE (Daniel 8, 11)

- Hellenization - forcing Greek culture on the world
- Antiochus Epiphanes’ abomination
- Philosophy replacing revelation

4. ROME (Daniel 7, Revelation 13)

- Caesars claiming divinity
- Global empire
- Persecution of Christians
- “All roads lead to Rome” = globalization

5. PAPAL ROME (Revelation 17)

- Roman Catholic system
- Pope as “Pontifex Maximus” (same title as pagan emperors)
- Babylonian mystery religion in Christian disguise
- Global religious system

6. MODERN BABYLON (Revelation 18)

- Economic globalization
- One-world government agenda
- Digital surveillance and control
- Global entertainment/media complex
- Abortion, sexual perversion, occultism
- America as the current manifestation

Babylon’s Characteristics Throughout History:

- Centralized power - One government controlling many nations

- Economic control - Trade, commerce, currency

- False religion - Anything that replaces Christ

- Sexual immorality - Perversion as rebellion against God’s design

- Persecution of God’s people - From Nimrod to Nero to modern cancel culture

- Pride and self-glorification - “We are great!”

- Occultism - Hidden knowledge, secret societies

Babylon isn’t just a place. It’s a SYSTEM. A spirit. A way of operating in rebellion against God.

And it’s operating at full force today.

-----

PART VII: COMING OUT OF BABYLON - The Practical How

Revelation 18:4 “I heard another voice from heaven, saying, ‘Come out of her, my people, so that you will not participate in her sins and receive of her plagues.’”

Jesus and the New Testament authors give us clear instructions:

1. RECOGNIZE BABYLON FOR WHAT IT IS

James 4:4 “You adulteresses, do you not know that friendship with the world is hostility toward God? Therefore whoever wishes to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God.”

The “world” (Greek kosmos) = the Babylonian system

Stop calling it:

- “American values”
- “Western civilization”
- “Our way of life”
- “Freedom”

Call it what it is: BABYLON.

2. DIE TO SELF

Galatians 2:20 “I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me.”

Babylon is built on SELF-governance, SELF-determination, SELF-glorification.

To leave Babylon, you must die to SELF.

Romans 12:1-2 “Therefore I urge you, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living and holy sacrifice, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service of worship. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.”

Present your body as a sacrifice. Die daily. Let Christ live through you.

3. SEPARATE FROM WORLDLY ENTANGLEMENTS

2 Corinthians 6:14-17 “Do not be bound together with unbelievers; for what partnership have righteousness and lawlessness, or what fellowship has light with darkness? Or what harmony has Christ with Belial, or what has a believer in common with an unbeliever? Or what agreement has the temple of God with idols? For we are the temple of the living God; just as God said, ‘I will dwell in them and walk among them; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people. Therefore, come out from their midst and be separate,’ says the Lord. ‘And do not touch what is unclean; and I will welcome you.’”

Practical separation:

A. ENTERTAINMENT - Stop consuming Babylon’s media

- No shows glorifying sin
- No music promoting rebellion
- No movies celebrating perversion
- Fill your mind with Scripture, worship, edifying content

B. ECONOMICS - Stop serving Mammon

- Give generously (minimum 10%, aim for 20-50%+)
- Live simply, below your means
- Don’t accumulate wealth - invest in Kingdom
- Use money as a tool, not a treasure

C. POLITICS - Stop trusting in parties

- Don’t pledge allegiance to political movements
- Vote if you want, but don’t put hope in elections
- Recognize all politics is Babylon
- Your citizenship is in heaven (Philippians 3:20)

D. EDUCATION - Stop sending children to indoctrination centers

- Public schools teach Babylonian values
- Homeschool or find genuinely Christian education
- Disciple your children yourself (Deuteronomy 6:6-7)

E. CHURCH - Leave churches that accommodate Babylon

- If your church supports abortion, LGBTQ+, prosperity gospel, nationalism - LEAVE
- Find believers who are serious about holiness
- Or start a house church with like-minded disciples

4. LIVE AS AN EXILE

1 Peter 2:11-12 “Beloved, I urge you as aliens and strangers to abstain from fleshly lusts which wage war against the soul. Keep your behavior excellent among the Gentiles, so that in the thing in which they slander you as evildoers, they may because of your good deeds, as they observe them, glorify God in the day of visitation.”

You are an ALIEN. A STRANGER. An EXILE.

Stop trying to:

- Make America great
- Win culture wars
- Preserve your way of life
- Maintain comfort

Start:

- Proclaiming the Gospel
- Making disciples
- Serving the poor
- Loving your enemies
- Suffering for righteousness

Hebrews 11:13-16 “All these died in faith, without receiving the promises, but having seen them and having welcomed them from a distance, and having confessed that they were strangers and exiles on the earth. For those who say such things make it clear that they are seeking a country of their own. And indeed if they had been thinking of that country from which they went out, they would have had opportunity to return. But as it is, they desire a better country, that is, a heavenly one. Therefore God is not ashamed to be called their God; for He has prepared a city for them.”

You’re not home yet. Stop acting like you are.

5. REJECT NATIONALISM AND EMBRACE KINGDOM CITIZENSHIP

Philippians 3:20 “For our citizenship is in heaven, from which also we eagerly wait for a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ.”

Stop saying:

- “God bless America”
- “America is a Christian nation”
- “We need to take back our country”
- “Make America great again”

Start saying:

- “God’s Kingdom come”
- “Only Christ’s Kingdom endures”
- “I’m a citizen of heaven”
- “Jesus is my King, not any president”

John 18:36 “Jesus answered, ‘My kingdom is not of this world. If My kingdom were of this world, then My servants would be fighting so that I would not be handed over to the Jews; but as it is, My kingdom is not of this realm.’”

Jesus’ Kingdom is NOT of this world.

If Jesus’ servants aren’t fighting for earthly kingdoms, why are you?

6. FORSAKE BABYLON’S WEALTH

Revelation 18:11-14 “And the merchants of the earth weep and mourn over her, because no one buys their cargoes any more—cargoes of gold and silver and precious stones and pearls and fine linen and purple and silk and scarlet, and every kind of citron wood and every article of ivory and every article made from very costly wood and bronze and iron and marble, and cinnamon and spice and incense and perfume and frankincense and wine and olive oil and fine flour and wheat and cattle and sheep, and cargoes of horses and chariots and slaves and human lives. The fruit you long for has gone from you, and all things that were luxurious and splendid have passed away from you and men will no longer find them.”

Babylon’s economy is built on luxury, exploitation, and even “human lives” (slave trade, human trafficking, abortion).

Stop participating:

- Don’t accumulate luxuries
- Don’t support exploitative companies
- Don’t chase wealth
- Don’t love money

Matthew 6:19-21 “Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys, and where thieves do not break in or steal; for where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.”

Luke 12:33-34 “Sell your possessions and give to charity; make yourselves money belts which do not wear out, an unfailing treasure in heaven, where no thief comes near nor moth destroys. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.”

Practical steps:

- Downsize your home
- Sell the extra car
- Give away excess possessions
- Live on 50-70% of your income, give away 30-50%
- Store up treasure in heaven, not in 401(k)s

7. REFUSE THE MARK OF BABYLON

Revelation 13:16-17 “And he causes all, the small and the great, and the rich and the poor, and the free men and the slaves, to be given a mark on their right hand or on their forehead, and he provides that no one will be able to buy or to sell, except the one who has the mark, either the name of the beast or the number of his name.”

The literal mark is coming—likely biometric, digital ID, or implant.

But there’s already a spiritual “mark”:

- Do you think like Babylon? (forehead)
- Do you work for Babylon’s goals? (right hand)
- Do you buy and sell according to Babylon’s values?
- Do you worship Babylon’s idols?

Revelation 14:9-11 “Then another angel, a third one, followed them, saying with a loud voice, ‘If anyone worships the beast and his image, and receives a mark on his forehead or on his hand, he also will drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is mixed in full strength in the cup of His anger; and he will be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb. And the smoke of their torment goes up forever and ever; they have no rest day and night, those who worship the beast and his image, and whoever receives the mark of his name.’”

The stakes are eternal.

Refuse to:

- Think like the world
- Work for worldly success
- Pursue worldly approval
- Worship worldly idols (money, power, comfort, pleasure)

8. EMBRACE PERSECUTION

2 Timothy 3:12 “Indeed, all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will be persecuted.”

John 15:18-20 “If the world hates you, you know that it has hated Me before it hated you. If you were of the world, the world would love its own; but because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, because of this the world hates you. Remember the word that I said to you, ‘A slave is not greater than his master.’ If they persecuted Me, they will also persecute you.”

If you leave Babylon, Babylon will hate you.

Expect:

- Social rejection
- Professional consequences
- Financial loss
- Family division
- Legal persecution
- Cultural mockery

Matthew 5:10-12 “Blessed are those who have been persecuted for the sake of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are you when people insult you and persecute you, and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of Me. Rejoice and be glad, for your reward in heaven is great; for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you.”

Rejoice when it comes. Your reward in heaven is great.

9. PROCLAIM THE GOSPEL FEARLESSLY

Acts 4:29-31 “And now, Lord, take note of their threats, and grant that Your bond-servants may speak Your word with all confidence, while You extend Your hand to heal, and signs and wonders take place through the name of Your holy servant Jesus. And when they had prayed, the place where they had gathered together was shaken, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak the word of God with boldness.”

They didn’t pray for safety. They prayed for BOLDNESS.

Romans 1:16 “For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.”

The Gospel is the ONLY power that saves.

Not politics. Not activism. Not culture war.

THE GOSPEL.

Proclaim it:

- At work
- In your neighborhood
- On social media
- To strangers
- To family
- To enemies

Mark 16:15 “And He said to them, ‘Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.’”

10. MAKE DISCIPLES, NOT CONVERTS

Matthew 28:19-20 “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”

Not “make decisions for Christ.”

Not “get people saved.”

MAKE DISCIPLES.

A disciple is:

- Someone who follows Jesus daily
- Someone who obeys His commands
- Someone who dies to self
- Someone who takes up their cross
- Someone who makes other disciples

2 Timothy 2:2 “The things which you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses, entrust these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.”

Paul → Timothy → Faithful men → Others

That’s four generations of discipleship.

Stop filling churches with consumers. Start making disciples who make disciples.

1- LOVE RADICALLY

John 13:34-35 “A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another, even as I have loved you, that you also love one another. By this all men will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.”

The world will know you’re Jesus’ disciples by your LOVE.

Not by your political affiliation.
Not by your moral superiority.
Not by your biblical knowledge.

BY YOUR LOVE.

Matthew 5:43-48 “You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ But I say to you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, so that you may be sons of your Father who is in heaven; for He causes His sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous. For if you love those who love you, what reward do you have? Do not even the tax collectors do the same? If you greet only your brothers, what more are you doing than others? Do not even the Gentiles do the same? Therefore you are to be perfect, as your heavenly Father is perfect.”

Love:

- Your Democrat neighbor
- Your LGBTQ+ coworker
- Your atheist family member
- Your Muslim friend
- Your enemy

This is how you come out of Babylon—by living the opposite of Babylon’s hatred, division, and violence.

12. WAIT FOR THE KING

Titus 2:11-14 “For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation to all men, instructing us to deny ungodliness and worldly desires and to live sensibly, righteously and godly in the present age, looking for the blessed hope and the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Christ Jesus, who gave Himself for us to redeem us from every lawless deed, and to purify for Himself a people for His own possession, zealous for good deeds.”

Live godly NOW.

Look for the blessed hope—JESUS’ RETURN.

Revelation 22:20 “He who testifies to these things says, ‘Yes, I am coming quickly.’ Amen. Come, Lord Jesus.”

This is the prayer of the Church: “COME, LORD JESUS.”

Not “Make America great again.”

Not “Fix our country.”

COME, LORD JESUS.

-----

CONCLUSION: The Final Nimrod Is Coming

2 Thessalonians 2:8-10 “Then that lawless one will be revealed whom the Lord will slay with the breath of His mouth and bring to an end by the appearance of His coming; that is, the one whose coming is in accord with the activity of Satan, with all power and signs and false wonders, and with all the deception of wickedness for those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth so as to be saved.”

The final Antichrist is coming.

He will be Nimrod on steroids:

- Global empire
- One-world government
- False religion
- Mark of the beast
- Persecution of saints
- Self-deification
- Supernatural power from Satan

But his end is sure:

Revelation 19:19-20 “And I saw the beast and the kings of the earth and their armies assembled to make war against Him who sat on the horse and against His army. And the beast was seized, and with him the false prophet who performed the signs in his presence, by which he deceived those who had received the mark of the beast and those who worshiped his image; these two were thrown alive into the lake of fire which burns with brimstone.”

The beast will be defeated.

Babylon will fall.

Nimrod’s kingdom will be destroyed forever.

And Jesus will reign:

Revelation 11:15 “Then the seventh angel sounded; and there were loud voices in heaven, saying, ‘The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of His Christ; and He will reign forever and ever.’”

-----

THE PERSONAL QUESTION

Are you building Babel or awaiting the New Jerusalem?

Are you following Nimrod’s pattern or Jesus’ pattern?

Are you:

- Seeking a name for yourself or glorifying Jesus?

- Building an earthly kingdom or proclaiming Christ’s Kingdom?

- Living to argue or living to die to self?

- Fighting culture wars or making disciples?

- Trusting politics or trusting the Gospel?

- Loving comfort or embracing the Cross?

Nimrod said: “Let US build.”

Jesus said: “Take up YOUR cross and follow ME.”

Nimrod hunted men.

Jesus laid down His life for men.

Nimrod rebelled against God.

Jesus submitted to the Father.

Nimrod built Babylon.

Jesus will destroy it.

-----

THE INVITATION

Revelation 18:4 “Come out of her, my people, so that you will not participate in her sins and receive of her plagues.”

This is God’s loving warning.

He’s calling you OUT.

Out of:

- Babylon’s politics
- Babylon’s economics
- Babylon’s entertainment
- Babylon’s religion
- Babylon’s pride
- Babylon’s rebellion

Into:

- Christ’s Kingdom
- Christ’s economy (generosity)
- Christ’s joy (holiness)
- Christ’s truth (the Gospel)
- Christ’s humility (servanthood)
- Christ’s obedience (submission)

The alarm is sounding.

Babylon is falling.

Nimrod’s final heir is rising.

But Jesus is coming.

And He will reign forever.

Whose side are you on?

-----

THE FINAL CALL

Isaiah 55:6-7 “Seek the LORD while He may be found; call upon Him while He is near. Let the wicked forsake his way and the unrighteous man his thoughts; and let him return to the LORD, and He will have compassion on him, and to our God, for He will abundantly pardon.”

There is still time.

Seek the Lord NOW.

Forsake Babylon NOW.

Return to God NOW.

He will have compassion.

He will abundantly pardon.

But the window is closing.

Hebrews 3:7-8, 15 “Therefore, just as the Holy Spirit says, ‘Today if you hear His voice, do not harden your hearts as when they provoked Me, as in the day of trial in the wilderness’… ‘Today if you hear His voice, do not harden your hearts, as when they provoked Me.’”

TODAY.

Not tomorrow. Not next week. Not after the election.

TODAY.

Come out of Babylon.

Come to Christ.

And when the final Nimrod rises and Babylon falls, you will stand secure—not because you fought culture wars or voted for the right candidate, but because you belong to the KING OF KINGS.

“And if it is disagreeable in your sight to serve the LORD, choose for yourselves today whom you will serve: whether the gods which your fathers served which were beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you are living; but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.” — Joshua 24:15

As for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.

Not Nimrod.

Not Babylon.

Not America.

Not any political party.

THE LORD.

Will you join us?

-----

A Prayer for Those Coming Out

Father God,

I confess I have lived in Babylon.

I have trusted in politics, money, comfort, and human systems instead of You.

I have built my own tower, seeking to make a name for myself.

I have operated in the spirit of Nimrod—rebellion, pride, self-sufficiency.

Forgive me.

I renounce Babylon.

I renounce political idolatry.

I renounce nationalism.

I renounce the love of money.

I renounce SELF.

I surrender to King Jesus.

He is my LORD, my King, my Savior, my EVERYTHING.

I pledge allegiance to His Kingdom alone.

I will live as an exile, an alien, a stranger in this world.

I will proclaim the Gospel fearlessly.

I will make disciples.

I will love radically.

I will suffer joyfully.

I will die daily.

And I will wait eagerly for the return of my King.

Come, Lord Jesus. Come quickly.

Destroy Babylon. Establish Your Kingdom. Reign forever.

In Jesus’ name,

Amen.

-----

Now go.

Live it.

And never look back.
